Compliance Analyst Full-Time Bluffton, IN Compensation DOE: Up to $70K Meet your talent advisor Kelly Maxwell Compliance Analyst to support global product compliance initiatives for industrial electrical products. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who enjoys working cross-functionally and contributing to product quality, certification, and market readiness on a global scale. What Youll Do as a Compliance Analyst: As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring products meet regulatory and certification requirements across global markets. Youll collaborate with engineering, laboratory teams, and external certification bodies to support new product development and maintain compliance standards. Compliance Analyst Duties Include: Researching, interpreting, and implementing industry regulations and compliance standards Supporting new product development efforts related to compliance and certification Maintaining and managing product certification documentation Communicating with external certification bodies regarding applications, testing, and approvals Monitoring compliance project timelines and deliverables Coordinating and supporting internal and external audits, including documentation and follow-ups Organizing and managing short-term compliance-related projects Partnering with laboratory teams to ensure adherence to best practices and standards Preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and providing updates to leadership Ensuring engineering procedures are properly followed and documented What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree in a technical discipline 2+ years of professional experience Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on quality Willingness to travel occasionally (domestic and international) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with product compliance or regulatory standards Familiarity with electric motors or industrial electrical products Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience or certification Perks & Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision) 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Global exposure and collaboration opportunities Team-oriented, innovation-driven work environment Send your resume to Kelly Maxwell Discover Your Next Opportunity with Career Transitions A Morales Group Company Find your dream job in accounting, finance, engineering, technology, HR, sales, marketing, and more.
