Title: Project Controls Sr. Analyst Location: Any of COMPANY offices- US Locations Pay: $61.19/hr Contract to Hire US Citizenship or Green Card Required Core Requirements Must live within 50 miles of a COMPANY office -see attached Onsite, 5 days/week Temp-to-perm potential Senior-level role supporting Advanced Power Generation projects Leads planning, scheduling, and earned value management Provides guidance to junior project controls staff Serves as lead facilitator for project forecasts and advises on execution risks Supports proposal development and crossfunctional collaboration Key Responsibilities Planning & Scheduling Lead all project scheduling activities, including float analysis, earned value, startup planning, and constructability reviews Develop Level I/II schedules during proposal phase Provide schedule inputs for cost control processes Project Controls Leadership May supervise a team of project controls professionals Lead planning and cost control functions with minimal oversight Ensure tools and processes are in place to track progress and escalate issues Partner with project management to support execution strategy Participate in risk and change management Contribute to department initiatives and process improvements Required Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of scheduling concepts and Primavera P6 Bachelors degree + 6+ years of relevant cost control or planning/scheduling experience OR No degree + 8+ years of relevant experience Preferred degree in Engineering or Construction Management
