Lead Fullstack Software Engineer - Collaboration & Negotiation This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Engineering. The engineer will focus on UI design and software development, collaborate with other teams, and mentor colleagues. What you'll do Lead design, implementation, testing, and release of product features. Write high quality, maintainable, testable code in React, TypeScript and occasionally on the backend (C#, .Net). Represent a high level of craftsmanship on shipped product features. Collaborate closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams to develop new features. Participate in an Agile environment using Scrum practices, code reviews, automated unit testing, end to end testing, continuous integration and deployment. Design scalable, fault tolerant solutions using telemetry and metrics. Investigate, resolve and maintain code for production issues as needed. Ensure code quality, readability and maintainability. Basic Qualifications BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. 12+ years of software engineering experience. 8+ years of UI development experience. 2+ years of backend development experience.
