Overall 12+ years of development experience in Data Analytics, Adobe DTM and Adobe Launch. MUST HAVE Worked with key stakeholders to understand business objectives in order to develop the appropriate measurement plan and tagging strategy for Adobe Analytics Candidate must be very strong and have a hands-on TECHNICAL experience in each of following areas: o Excellent knowledge and solid hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics, Adobe DTM (6+ years of progressive analytics development experience) Currently/actively managing Adobe Launch or working on migration from Adobe DTM to Adobe Launch in the last 6+ months Experience in creating and maintaining technical specification documents for websites, mobile apps and campaign launches with Adobe Analytics Hands-on working experience with data layers and tag management tools,Adobe DTM and Adobe Launch Experience with DTM/Launch including implementation of data elements and rules. Experience developing web measurement plans and leading Adobe Analytics tagging implementations Have experience with data layer development in JavaScript Have experience with CSS, JSON Must have hands-on experience Analytics Testing and Quality Assurance Performed data quality audits, QA tags, identified data collection issues, suggested improvements and implemented fixes, and automated testing Proficient in using web debugging tools for testing of tagging implementations Must have practical problem-solving skills, ability to identify and interpret patterns, trends and anomalies in data Must have ability to succeed in a fast-paced, enterprise environment Attention to detail Technical Certification (is a PLUS) o Certification in Adobe DTM o Certification in Adobe Launch (Preferred) Soft Skills o Strong relationship-builder, outstanding verbal and written communication skills o Exceptional organizational and multitasking skill o Must have excellent presentation skill o Must be a collaborative and team player o Must have good professional ethics o Manage offshore team as well as project deliverables

Technical and analytical Skills Rating >= 8/10 MUST HAVE AT least 6+ years of proven SEO experience Excellent knowledge and understanding of SEO landscape, trends and best practices. Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Launch)and data visualization software In-depth understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web concepts. Ability to conduct strategic keyword research and content planning. Experience analyzing large amounts of data to develop actionable recommendations Experience with enterprise SEO and rank tracking tool Conductor Familiarity with A/B testing tools Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills specifically when presented with a question from clients about their digital campaign. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills via email, phone and in person. Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team. Collaborate with teammates and clients to develop measurable strategies for site optimization that aligns with business objectives Contribute data-driven technical and content recommendations to reach rankings goals Support various SEO audits (technical, content, authority, local, competitor) to identify gaps and set priorities Assess client websites and develop prioritized architectural, technical, and content recommendations and SEO roadmaps Perform keyword research, title tag and meta description development and provide on-page optimization recommendations on an ongoing basis Conduct competitive benchmarking, analysis, and monitoring Monitor clients organic search performance, and produce ongoing performance reports measured against ranking, traffic and conversion goals Create and maintain analytics dashboards, reports and reporting tools, and highlight key areas of opportunity in accordance to client goals and objectives Review project requirements for each release and work closely with development team to implement changes Stay abreast of industry trends to inform SEO strategy and communicate these trends to clients and our team, focusing on how changes can help improve results Research, document and maintain SEO best practices and develop processes to utilize them throughout the organization
