In this as Planner & Service Coordinator role, youll be the hub of communicationconnecting with management, customers, and technicians via email and phone. Your day will be filled with scheduling activities, dispatching field service technicians, and ensuring everything stays on track. What Youll Do as the Planner & Service Coordinator: Plan and coordinate daily schedules for field service personnel Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization Use your tech skills to manage planning, scheduling, and routing software Collaborate with other coordinators to optimize labor and resources Work with technicians to source parts and expedite deliveries Keep major customers updated with service call tracking and progress reports. We need a talented Quality Assurance Manager who will collaborate with Operations in building a world-class food safety and quality culture. As Quality Assurance Manager, you would provide leadership within the facility to drive positive changes through influence and example. Youll need to have dairy industry experience, be able to develop and maintain the facility systems and processes to ensure the finished product is food safe and meets finished product specifications. Minimum requirements for this Quality Assurance Managers position: Bachelor's degree required in Food Science, Biological Sciences or related field At least 3 years of experience in QA management in the dairy industry Certification and/or Licenses o HACCP certification o SQF Practitioner certified or obtain within first 90 days o PQCI certification.
