Role: CMDB/Discovery Consultant Location: Brooklyn NY(Remote) Duration: Long Term Tasks & Duties: Audit and validate existing CMDB records (servers, storage, network devices, and applications.). Map dependencies between infrastructure components. Validate discovered data against CMDB records. Set up automated discovery for post-move validation. Ensure configuration items (CIs) reflect the new data center environment post-move. Required Skills Working knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB architecture, including CI classes, relationships, and data models Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery (MID Server, probes, sensors, patterns) Understanding of IT infrastructure components: servers, storage, network devices, and application tiers Ability to perform data audits and reconcile discovered data against existing CMDB records Basic understanding of dependency mapping and infrastructure topology Familiarity with ITIL concepts related to Configuration Management 1-2 years of experience with ServiceNow CMDB administration or configuration Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow Discovery in a lab or production environment Experience conducting data validation or audit activities in an ITSM context Familiarity with data center infrastructure concepts (physical or virtual environments)

5 years proven expertise in Kubernetes administration (RKE2/Rancher experience strongly preferred). Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation. Strong background in networking across complex, multi-datacenter environments. Familiarity with VMware infrastructure (vSphere/ESXi). Experience operating in regulated environments (FIPS, PCI, or similar). Manage and automate RKE2-based Kubernetes clusters with Rancher. Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible. Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking, routing, VLAN, VIP, and firewall issues

Role 1: Requirements BS in electrical or electronic engineering (or similar field). 10+ years of embedded systems design experience. Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, and electronic/computer hardware. Experience with in-circuit acceptance, functional testing, and electronic test equipment. Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout software. Ability to interpret digital electronic circuit and logic diagrams. Good understanding of high-speed signal integrity. Excellent analytical and technical skills. Excellent administrative, interpersonal, and communication skills. Desire for excellence in all results of the team and individual efforts. Ability to work independently with minimal supervisory direction. o A minimum of 3 years of using ESRI ArcGIS, preferably ArcGIS Pro and other related add-on. o A good understanding of GIS and mapping fundamentals. o A minimum of 2 years in performing any large GIS data ETL operation (extract, transform, load), including demonstrating any knowledge in georeferencing tasks. o Experience in developing GIS applications using Rest API and other ArcGIS used protocols and packages (e.g. StoryMaps) o A familiar understanding of different mapping file formats (including CAD files, BIM, Google KML/KMZ) o Understanding of SQL operation as well as other geospatial analysis and query. o General understanding of client service areas. o Effective communication skills and a general understanding of MS Office (Visio) and other applications to create design diagrams. • Catalog and organize agency wide GIS data, collaborate with agency GIS team to collect and validate completeness of mapping. Collect agency currently available camera locations (lat/long or other references) and transpose them into GIS dataset. • Perform georeferenced workflow to incorporate non-GIS drawings such as floorplans, as-builts and other documents into geospatial environments. • Register and document GIS data set including Camera locations, creating GIS data warehouse which can be linked to the client Enterprise Video management system based on unique ID of each camera. • Collaborate with client security end users on mapping needs and provide support to the GIS incident tracking dashboard, UAS airspace management mapping support.
