Update the Publications Standing Operating Procedures (SOP). Prepare, coordinate and or publish research papers, white papers, functional primers, reports and briefings as required. Instruct Army leaders as part of the Force Integration Course for Senior Leaders (FICSL) and tailored Senior Leader Orientation Courses (SLOCs) in the new HTAR Digital, Iterative, Interactive platform.
