Cardiff Airport is the national airport for Wales and an important part of the national transport infrastructure and key gateway to the UK for international visitors. The airport is a major contributor to the Welsh economy, supporting 2,400 aviation-related jobs and driving over £246m of direct economic benefit to the region annually.
There are 13 airlines currently making regular use of the airport’s facilities, which include KLM, TUI, Aer Lingus (Emerald), Ryanair, Vueling, Eastern and Loganair.
The airport offers 28 direct routes, as well as easy, one-stop global connections to over 160 cities available with KLM via its hub in Amsterdam.
