Inizio Engage seeks an Architecture Lead to own the vision and design of Salesforce and business platforms that power patient, provider, and payer experiences for biopharma clients. You will define scalable, secure, and compliant architectures, integrating CRM, data, and digital engagement solutions to support product launches and commercialization. Partnering with global, cross-functional teams, you'll set standards, guide implementations, and mentor technical talent while aligning platforms with healthcare regulations. This role blends technical depth, architectural leadership, and mission-driven impact in a collaborative, learning-focused culture. Responsibilities Lead architecture and roadmap for Salesforce and connected business platforms supporting biopharma commercialization and engagement programs Design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions integrating CRM, data, and digital engagement tools for patient, provider, and payer experiences Collaborate with cross-functional product, data, engineering, and commercial teams to translate business needs into technical designs Establish architecture standards, patterns, and governance for Salesforce and adjacent platforms Guide platform modernization, integrations, and API strategies to enable data-driven, omnichannel experiences Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code/solution reviews for admins, developers, and implementation partners Ensure solutions align with healthcare, life sciences, and data privacy regulations and best practices Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce, cloud, and data capabilities to enhance platform capabilities and performance Required Skills Salesforce architecture Salesforce Sales/Service/Health Cloud Enterprise and solution architecture Systems integration and APIs (REST/SOAP) Data modeling and governance Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Healthcare or life sciences domain knowledge Security, compliance, and privacy (HIPAA/Gx P awareness) CI/CD and Dev Ops for Salesforce Stakeholder management and technical leadership
