In this role you will take ownership of guiding partners through the on-boarding process which involves a variety of tasks including liaising with the 3rd party to understand their product, setting up a test environment and answering questions regarding general configuration and integration (non dev related), as well as the overall assurance process. This role will give you the opportunity to utilise and develop your existing communication and organisational skills as you'll be dealing with up to 50 partners at any one time and dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders such as a NHS Digital. A key part of this role will also be reading and dissecting information from specification documents to be able to answer queries accurately as well as recommending correct interfaces for partners. Whilst this isn't a full 'technical' role - it would certainly be beneficial if you had an aptitude and passion for technology or experience/understanding of API's or XML, being a healthtech business there will opportunities for you to learn more about our technology through liaising with other teams such as our dev, product & clinical safety teams as part of your role. This is a fixed term position for 12 months with start dates ASAP. EMIS is now a flexible majority homeworking business - therefore this is a homebased role however when restrictions are lifted you will likely be required to travel to the Leeds office once per month. The team you'll join You'll be joining our Interoperability Assurance Team within the EMIS Partners department who provide a first class service to third party partners and organisations during the application, development and testing phases of the assurance process. Reporting into the Interoperability Assurance Manager, you'll work alongside other Technical Partner Executives, Business Development and Partner Account Executives.
