Quickly responds to and supports site/campus incident response team for all abnormal conditions that impact operations, and coordinates with the team to perform corrective repairs, without supervision. Works with site/campus leadership to gather necessary information and creates incident timelines/data, root cause analyses, and/or action items following an abnormal condition as required. Develops new or follows preexisting emergency operating procedures (EOPs), methods of procedure (MOPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and digital methods of operating procedures (DMOPs) to support site operations and incident response. Work with the Construction & Project team to ensure ServerFarm Data center's site meets all required statutory and mandatory requirements. Ensure all site MEP infrastructure operates within defined capacity standards. Work with peers in global structure to coordinate all processes and align as appropriate. Support Change, Incident Management, and Problem Resolution process for area of responsibility. Ensure this process covers all work. Work with site/campus leadership to develop and grow talent within the team. Supports site/campus team in all major and minor project works. Work with site/campus leadership to ensure healthy and safe working conditions. Support training goals for the site/campus personnel.
