The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Discovery, CMDB optimization, CSDM alignment, and ITAM integration, along with strong communication and leadership abilities. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily CMDB governance and operational execution across the ServiceNow platform. Define and implement strategies to optimize CMDB processes, data quality, and architecture.
