Overview Princeton University is seeking an experienced Reporting and Analytics Lead to drive readiness, planning, and implementation of reporting for a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, and Academic (Student) systems. Reporting to the University Data Office (UDO), this role will provide functional and technical expertise for data and reporting within modern cloud-based ERP systems and will establish the ERP reporting strategy, define requirements, and successfully deliver self-service reporting from within the ERP. This critical role will ensure that ERP reporting fits within Princeton's overall data strategy including reporting best practices and data governance. The ERP Reporting and Analytics Lead will work closely with the UDO, ERP Program team, functional units, reporting users, and implementation consultants to deliver ERP reporting aligned with functional objectives.
