Primary Accountabilities Provide support and promote Midland States Bank Core Vision and Value. Work alongside the Client Success Manager FinTech Services, FinTech Services team and internal partners in supporting relationships with existing and prospective fintech partners. Support the enhancement of standardized partner playbooks, workflows, reporting templates, meeting materials, and communication tools. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate partner-driven initiatives, testing cycles, releases, operational readiness activities, and post-launch support. Coordinate with Technology and data teams to troubleshoot system issues, investigate data exceptions, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
