Troubleshoot and Analyze: Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging. Drive Performance: Collaborate with Systems and Software Engineers to develop and implement solutions that improve system performance and resolve issues. Modeling and Simulation: Develop and execute models to predict system performance and support verification and validation activities. Integrate Systems: Integrate hardware and software into tactical radar systems, evaluating functionality and operational impact. Collaborate and Lead: Work with and lead multi-disciplinary teams to achieve seamless system integration and functionality. Document and Communicate: Develop integration documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements, and effectively communicate results to leadership and stakeholders. Present Findings: Present technical findings, analyses, and solutions to leadership and customers. Support Missions: Travel as needed (up to 20%) to support mission execution at RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience. Experience with systems software, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems test. Experience with C++, Python, MATLAB and/or other programming languages. Qualifications We Prefer Experience with the design, development, and analysis of radar system and software architectures on DoD systems. Experience with radar processing algorithms, radar software requirements, and performance analysis, including development of supporting analysis tools. Experience with signal processing techniques in complex propagation environments. Experience developing and managing requirements using Cameo, DOORS, Rhapsody, or other digital engineering tools, including application of model-based and digital engineering practices. Experience evaluating radar or sensor systems using simulated environments to support verification and validation. Experience generating technical documentation such as test plans, procedures, or technical reports. Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or field environment supporting integration and/or verification. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and interfacing with internal and external customers, including presentation of technical results.
