Advance adoption of modern software engineering practices, including cloud-native architectures, microservices, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code to enable scalable, resilient solutions. Oversee the modernization of legacy systems, emphasizing the migration to API-first and cloud-first platforms for improved performance and agility. Design, scale, and manage BAYADA's integration framework, focusing on reliability, resilience, and sustainable growth. Operationalize and oversee robust quality assurance automation programs to ensure continuous improvement and high standards of delivery. Propel the organization's AI strategy, including agentic AI and intelligent process automation, to drive efficiency, insight-driven decision-making, and exceptional user experiences. Collaborate with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and data & analytics teams to build integrated, secure, and future-ready technology platforms. Partner with product management to ensure the on-time delivery of technology roadmaps, balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare industry regulations-including HIPAA, HITECH, and NIST-and maintain strong security frameworks across the software development lifecycle. Foster and sustain a culture of innovation, collaboration, teamwork, and continuous learning across the technology function. Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on technology investments, risk mitigation, and innovation opportunities, aligning initiatives with BAYADA's mission and business priorities. Identify, evaluate, and guide the adoption of emerging technologies that elevate BAYADA's mission and advance care excellence. Streamline technology operations to enhance productivity and organizational effectiveness. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to mitigate technological risks and ensure the security, compliance, and resilience of BAYADA's digital assets. Lead organizational change management related to technology adoption, ensuring smooth transitions and widespread user acceptance. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for technology initiatives. Establish, monitor, and report on service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to uphold the highest standards of security and technology service delivery. Cultivate, lead, and develop a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative technology team that embodies BAYADA's values and strives for excellence. Oversee the creation, implementation, and enforcement of technology policies and standards to ensure regulatory compliance and industry-leading best practices. Allocate resources strategically, including budget and personnel, to maximize the impact and value of technology investments. Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff. Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.
