EDUCATON REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma GED Bachelors Degree OR 3 years relevant experience, OR a combination of college education and relevant experience equivalent to 3 years PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION Bachelors degree in business or business systems. Four (4) or more years of project team experience delivering changes to business systems and processes. Four (4) or more years of business analyst or business systems analyst experience Experience with SaaS application development and support, particularly Oracle HCM Cloud. Experience with automated test platforms, particularly OpKey. Experience with Employee Experience solutions such as ServiceNow Ability to mentor and train others in configuration processes. Knowledge of AI use cases in HR. Experience working in an Agile environment applying Lean Agile practices and principles (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, SAFe) Advanced applied knowledge of Microsoft Office products, primarily Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
