The Manager is the designated institutional Title IX Coordinator responsible for overseeing all aspects of university compliance with Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972, as well as other laws and rules related to sexual misconduct and sex discrimination and is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the university's efforts to foster a culture and environment that supports a safe and respectful campus to learn, live, and work on.
