Failing Interviews/No Interviews or no Offers Isn't for a Lack of Experience. It's for the Lack of a relevant Updated Tech stack! Rejections can be discouraging, but they don't reflect your true potential - they reflect your preparation. Employers want hands on experience, real projects, and interview ready candidates. SynergisticIT fills the gap between classroom learning and real world hiring expectations. If you're getting interviews but not offers, you're closer than you think-and that's the most frustrating stage to be in.
