Build Organizational Capability •Develop the training program and run hands-on enablement sessions for ATC staff at all levels. •Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement with AI. •Serve as the company-wide subject-matter expert for AI strategy, tools, and governance. •Mentor and coach colleagues, including potential future junior technical hires.
