What you will be doing Datacenter Operations: Oversee multi-site storage and data protection environments to ensure optimal performance, capacity, and availability of enterprise storage platforms and backup services. Manage the portfolio of storage technologies and backup solutions to meet scalability, resiliency, and retention objectives aligned with enterprise strategy such as NetApp, EMC Isilion, Commvault. Service Delivery and Reliability: Develop and enforce operational procedures and best practices for storage systems, backup platforms, and recovery processes through a combination of system administrators and support staff.
