Plan and track tasks and milestones within an Integrated Master Schedule Develop, maintain, and improve system and subsystem requirements, interfaces, behaviors and architecture Perform requirements flow down / allocation and traceability along with development of the Requirements Verification Matrix Utilize a variety of enabling technologies such as Cameo Model Based Systems Engineering and DOORS for Requirement Management Facilitate technical discussions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple engineering disciplines to identify and formulate plans of action, trades or analysis Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline, and a minimum of eight (8) years of prior relevant experience. Experience writing, decomposing and tracing requirements, and/or performing trade studies to optimize system performance Experience with military systems; tactics, techniques, and procedures along with DoD customer infrastructure experience Experience with Systems Engineering Product Development Cycle Experience with system safety, reliability, and configuration management Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Qualifications We Prefer Experience collaboration and working effectively with other functional groups Experience in generation and presentation of documentation to internal & USG stakeholders.
