Role Summary/Purpose: The AVP, Unix IAM Senior Engineer will play a critical role in the engineering and delivery of solutions that enable the strategic modernization & transformation of Synchrony's Unix Identity and Access Management platforms. This is a senior engineering position reporting into the Authentication & Security Services division within the broader IAM and InfoSec organization. This role will work to understand the technology ecosystem and collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders to deliver and operate solutions that drive critical governance & oversight of access for Synchrony systems. Additionally, this individual will help support and advance the Authentication & Security Services strategy & roadmap for enabling the business.
