Primary Responsibilities: This position will perform the following duties: • Execution - Coordinate with Government Points of Contact (POCs) to coordinate design, installation, base access, clearance, escorts, personnel and equipment to ensure project tasks can be completed on time. • Stakeholder Communications - assist the PM with ensuring clear, consistent, timely and accurate communications are maintained with internal and external project stakeholders • Technical support - provide input into the distribution systems design (ISP/OSP) and technical recommendations to the program and operation teams. • Leadership - Lead small implementation teams or manage specific work scopes for a given AF/SF base. Other tasks include: • Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned projects • Develops technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting • Perform detailed technical services on assigned tasks • Conducts planning and provides recommendations on task workload • Provides input into risk tracking process. • Attends customer meetings and serves as primary network engineering liaison. • Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff. • Coordinates development of deliverables and products. • Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables. • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned. • Participates in special projects as required. • Reviews project requirements and develop strategies for future work.
