Leads workflow validation, user feedback, testing, and post-launch optimization activities Supports training, communication, adoption, and change management for new workflows and technology solutions Collaborates across clinical, operational, and technology teams to clarify business definitions, reporting requirements, and data needs Helps measure workflow improvements, operational outcomes, user adoption, and reduction in manual effort Maintains documentation of workflows, requirements, process changes, and operational decisions Frequent local travel Performs other duties as assigned JOB SPECIFICATION 4-8 years of experience in healthcare operations, workflow redesign, process improvement, business analysis, project management, and technology-enabled operational improvement initiatives; experience in Lean, or Six Sigma a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered Strong understanding of operational workflows and ability to simplify complex processes into practical solutions Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with frontline staff, managers, executives, technology teams Ability to translate operational needs into clear business and workflow requirements Comfortable working with technology-enabled process improvement and enterprise applications Basic understanding of data, reporting, workflows, and user-facing systems Experience with system implementations, workflow redesign, user testing, or change management preferred Goal oriented, self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team.
