We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who takes initiative, thrives when busy, and can make marketing magic happen. This is not a post-and-pray role. We need someone who owns outcomes - someone who wakes up thinking about how to reach the right families at the right moment and move them to take action. In addition to running our digital marketing channels, you will play a key role in building and nurturing our referral partner network - organizing events and cultivating relationships with other professionals who serve our ideal clients. You will work directly with the firm's Fractional CMO, the firm's Founder, and the Director of Operations to design and execute a marketing engine that drives real, measurable growth. You will also bring deep expertise in artificial intelligence tools to work smarter, produce better content faster, and find opportunities others miss.
