Ensures machinery is set up, works properly, and conforms with (and can produce materials that conform with) company quality, quantity, and efficiency standards. Set-up and operate CNC controlled turret punch. Other duties also involve manual work and/or assembly duties that require the use of various hand tools, paint accessories, drills etc. Essential Job Functions Set up and operate Amada Turret Punch: Operates tools according to instructions, specifications, and standard charts. Description CNC Manufacturing is currently seeking qualified candidates for CNC Set Up Programmers in our Conventional Lathe Department. We are looking for first-shift candidates. Pay rate starts at $35.00/hour depending on skill level and experience. Requirements The Setup Programmer completes setups for Conventional Lathes. Setup Programmers will have the equivalent experience of an advanced machine operator with the ability to maintain production on precision parts. They will maintain quality and safety standards; keep records; and maintain equipment. CNC Manufacturing is willing to provide training for select candidates. There is an opportunity for advancement in this position.
