Familiarity with DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, cloud-native delivery environments, and operational integration activities. Experience supporting operational readiness reviews, MVP release coordination, IOC demonstrations, or mission rehearsal activities. SAFe, Scrum Master, PMP, PMI-ACP, ICP-ACC, RTE, or equivalent Agile/program delivery certification preferred.
