The product helps large companies collect data from different systems and create one real-time customer profile. This helps businesses make faster decisions, improve sales, and reduce customer churn. Project Description You will work on several parallel initiatives for a large enterprise in the hospitality industry. The projects focus on building modern digital experiences using Adobe App Builder, AEM, and enterprise APIs, with high requirements for scalability, performance, and reliability. This role combines hands on development and technical leadership. You will guide the team, contribute to architecture decisions, and work closely with client side technical stakeholders. Job Title Solution Architect Location Chicago, IL Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of patient solution systems within a pharmaceutical or life sciences environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, .NET, TIBCO, API integrations, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Key Responsibilities Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for patient engagement platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and product owners to translate business needs into technical solutions. Lead integration efforts across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, .NET services, and TIBCO middleware. Design and manage API strategies for seamless data exchange across platforms. Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.). Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Required Qualifications 10+ Years of overall experience 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in enterprise environments. Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, .NET Framework / .NET Core, TIBCO (BusinessWorks, EMS, etc.), RESTful APIs, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Previous experience at AbbVie.
