Senior ICT Officer (End User Services) – Two Posts

As a Senior ICT Officer you will be involved in leading the delivery of the ICT components of WorkSmart and providing a 2nd and 3rd line role in respect of the technologies associated with the project. You will be responsible for ensuring that a range of devices including tablets, PCs, laptops and mobiles are procured, configured, issued and supported. You’ll manage a range of technologies in support of end user device management including (but not limited to) Window 7/8/10, WDS/MDT/SCCM, VMware Mirage, VMware Horizon and Active Directory; particularly in respect of Group Policy configuration.

You will have worked in a Corporate ICT environment for several years, and you’ll have experience of successfully managing activity and performance targets. You’ll be qualified to NQF Level 3 (A-Level equivalent) or have equivalent experience. Technical qualifications (i.e. MCP) and/or relevant training are desirable.
