Job Description Job Title: Senior Cyber Security Analyst - Threat Detection, Cloud & Security Operations Company: Clinisol Tech Inc. Employment Type: Full-Time, W2 (deployed to client projects) Experience: 3-4 years Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 per year Work Mode: On-Site / Hybrid Work Authorization At this time, we are only able to consider candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Why This Role? The best senior analysts are not one-trick specialists - they can triage an incident at 9 AM, tune a detection rule at noon, and brief leadership on cloud risk by 4. This role is built for that profile: broad, hands-on ownership across SOC operations, threat hunting, cloud security, and vulnerability management, with the tooling depth that senior security roles across the market demand. Job Summary Clinisol Tech Inc is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to take a lead role across security operations. You will drive threat detection and incident response, harden cloud and identity environments, run vulnerability management, and mentor junior analysts - operating across the full modern security stack: SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, and cloud-native security tooling. Key Responsibilities Lead detection, triage, investigation, and response for security incidents across cloud and on-prem environments. Perform proactive threat hunting mapped to the MITRE ATT&CK framework; develop and tune detection rules (KQL, SPL, Sigma). Engineer and maintain SOAR playbooks to automate enrichment, containment, and response workflows. Own vulnerability management end-to-end - scanning, risk-based prioritization (CVSS/EPSS), remediation tracking, and reporting. Harden cloud security posture across AWS and Azure - identity (IAM), logging, misconfiguration remediation, and CSPM findings. Support identity security and Zero Trust initiatives - conditional access, MFA, privileged access management. Conduct phishing, malware, and forensic analysis; produce root-cause and lessons-learned reports. Mentor junior SOC analysts, review escalations, and improve runbooks and incident-response procedures. Brief technical and executive stakeholders on threats, incidents, and security posture. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3-4 years of hands-on experience in security operations, incident response, or threat detection roles. Deep experience with at least one enterprise SIEM and one EDR/XDR platform in a production environment. Strong grasp of attacker tradecraft - phishing, ransomware, lateral movement, privilege escalation, C2 - and the MITRE ATT&CK framework. Solid networking and OS fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, Windows/Linux internals, Active Directory attack paths. Scripting ability in Python or PowerShell for automation, log analysis, and tooling. Strong incident documentation, communication, and stakeholder-briefing skills. Tools & Technologies You Will Use SIEM & detection: Splunk (SPL), Microsoft Sentinel (KQL), Elastic Security, QRadar; Sigma rules. EDR/XDR & response: CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, SentinelOne; SOAR platforms (Splunk SOAR, Sentinel playbooks, Cortex XSOAR). Cloud & identity security: AWS (GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail), Azure (Defender for Cloud, Entra ID), Okta; CSPM tools (Wiz, Prisma Cloud exposure a plus). Vulnerability & analysis: Tenable Nessus, Qualys, Rapid7; Wireshark, Sysinternals; threat intel platforms (MISP, Recorded Future exposure a plus). Automation: Python, PowerShell, REST APIs. Preferred Skills Detection-engineering experience - building detections-as-code, tuning for false-positive reduction. Purple-team or adversary-emulation exposure (Atomic Red Team, Caldera). Digital forensics fundamentals (memory, disk, log timeline analysis). Exposure to compliance-driven environments (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, NIST CSF). Certifications such as CISSP, GIAC (GCIH, GCIA, GCFA), CySA+, Microsoft SC-200, Splunk Core Certified, or AWS Security Specialty are a plus. About Clinisol Tech Inc. Job Description Ascent Innovations is looking for a Dynamics 365 Financial Consultant to lead the finance side of Business Central and Dynamics 365 Finance implementations for public sector and mid-market clients. You are the person who understands both the accounting and the system. Our government clients use Fund accounting, Budget control and Grant compliance. You will translate those rules into clean configurations for their finance team. On our commercial projects you will do the same for manufacturers moving off legacy ERPs. Ascent is a specialized Microsoft Partner, since 2009, with a team of about 55 consultants and developers, focusing on Dynamics 365 Finance, Business Central, and SCM. Many times you will own your workstream end to end, work directly with client CFOs, controllers and finance directors, and see your projects through go-live. There will be scenarios where you will come into a project and provide that specialized D365 Finance services for a duration of the project. What You'll Do Lead the finance workstream on Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Finance implementations: requirements, fit-gap, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live and hypercare. Configure the general ledger, chart of accounts and dimensions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, banking and cash management, budgeting and financial reporting. Design fund accounting, budget control and encumbrance, grant tracking and fiscal year-end processes that meet GASB reporting and audit requirements for public sector clients. Map client accounting processes to standard functionality first, and recommend extensions or ISV add-ons only when they earn their place. Own finance data migration: chart of accounts, opening balances, open AP and AR, fixed asset registers and budgets. Build financial reports and account structures that give finance leaders month-end and year-end answers without spreadsheet workarounds. Write functional design documents, test scripts and training materials; run user acceptance testing and end-user training. Advise clients on close processes, internal controls and reporting as a trusted advisor. Support the sales team with discovery, demos and estimates on new finance opportunities. Mentor junior consultants and help sharpen Ascent's public sector delivery playbook. What You Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience with the finance modules in Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics 365 Finance, with working knowledge of the other. Solid grounding in public sector accounting: fund accounting, budgetary control and encumbrances, grant and restricted-fund tracking, GASB-based financial reporting and the governmental fiscal year-end close. At least three (3) full-lifecycle ERP implementation where you owned the finance design. Strong accounting fundamentals. You can read a trial balance, explain a reconciling item and talk shop with a controller. Clear written and verbal communication, and the confidence to lead workshops and present to client leadership. The discipline to run several projects and deadlines at once with minimal supervision. Bonus / Nice to have Consulting or client-facing implementation experience at a Microsoft partner, systems integrator or advisory firm. Deep experience with both Business Central and Dynamics 365 Finance. Time spent in government finance: a municipality, county, state agency, utility, on the client side or the consulting side. CPA or a degree in accounting or finance. Microsoft certifications such as MB-800 (Business Central Functional Consultant) or MB-310 (Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant). Power BI, Power Automate or other financial reporting tools. A Dynamics NAV or Dynamics AX background. Many of our clients are moving off these platforms. Familiarity with public sector ISV add-ons for grants, budgeting, encumbrances, and HR/Payroll. Experience management, on RFP-driven, procurement-governed projects. Why Ascent Specialized and a certified Microsoft Partner since 2009. You will know every colleague by name, and leadership will know your work. Real ownership. You run your workstream and sit across the table from the client, not three layers below an engagement partner. Two practices, one team. Public sector and mid-market manufacturing projects mean variety, not the same install on repeat. Room to grow. Finance, Supply Chain and Business Central work, Public sector and mid-market manufacturing give you more ways to broaden your skills. The basics, done right.
