Constellation Integration Program Manager
Vantor Westminster, Colorado
Vantor is forging the new frontier of spatial intelligence, helping decision makers and operators navigate what's happening now and shape what's coming next. Vantor is a place for problem solvers, changemakers, and go-getters-where people are working together to help our customers see the world differently, and in doing so, be seen differently. Come be part of a mission, not just a job, where you can: Shape your own future, build the next big thing, and change the world. To be eligible for this position, you must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee. Export Control/ITAR: Certain roles may be subject to U.S. export control laws, requiring U.S. person status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3). Please review the job details below. We are seeking a Constellation Integration Program Manager to own end-to-end program execution and integration across a complex satellite constellation-from spacecraft acquisition and development through ground systems, communications, system integration and verification, launch and deployment, commissioning, mission operations, and integration with the broader portfolio. You will treat the constellation as an integrated mission capability, not a collection of independent programs. You will connect space, ground, network, operations, suppliers, customers, and external partners into a single executable program and maintain an accurate picture of cost, schedule, technical performance, dependencies, risk, and operational readiness across $100M+ efforts. This is a technically engaged execution role, not a process-management or status-reporting position. You will work directly with engineering and operational teams to understand the architecture, critical interfaces, technical maturity, integration sequence, and failure modes behind the plan. You do not need to be the deepest subject-matter expert in every discipline, but you must understand complex technical systems well enough to ask hard questions, challenge assumptions, connect issues across organizational boundaries, and recognize when apparently local problems threaten the broader mission. You will establish the integrated execution framework for the constellation, identify critical-path and cross-segment dependencies, drive decisions, remove blockers, and surface problems before they become crises. When execution moves off plan, you will help teams build credible recovery options and drive them to closure. Success means the complete constellation capability works and becomes operational when we say it will-not simply that individual programs, contracts, or milestones report green. Our environment is fast-moving, technically demanding, and highly collaborative. We expect clear communication, ownership, integrity, intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and a bias toward execution. Strong performers use facts, build bridges across disciplines, make decisions with imperfect information, learn quickly, and deliver on commitments. They get into the details when necessary, remain calm when programs encounter problems, and take responsibility for moving the mission forward. Minimum Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain security clearance. 10+ years of experience executing complex, multidisciplinary technical programs involving hardware, software, systems engineering, integration, test, operations, or similarly complex engineered systems. Demonstrated ownership of major technical programs, integrated portfolios, or mission capabilities with significant cost, schedule, technical, supplier, and operational complexity; experience with programs or portfolios at the $100M+ scale strongly preferred. Experience integrating multiple system elements into a cohesive operational capability rather than managing a single isolated product or workstream. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain an integrated program architecture spanning technical milestones, acquisition and supplier activities, development, integration, verification, deployment, and operational readiness. Experience developing and actively managing integrated master schedules, critical paths, cross-program dependencies, major milestones, resource constraints, and schedule risk. Demonstrated ability to establish and manage program baselines, including work breakdown structures, cost and schedule performance, forecasts, estimates to complete, and recovery plans. Experience managing technical, cost, schedule, integration, supplier, operational, and external dependency risks and opportunities. Demonstrated ability to translate engineering development, integration, verification, test, and operational activities into measurable program milestones, entrance/exit criteria, and decision points. Experience driving execution across systems engineering, hardware, software, integration and test, mission operations, acquisition, supply chain, finance, customers, suppliers, and external partners without relying solely on positional authority. Ability to understand complex system architectures and interfaces well enough to challenge assumptions, identify hidden dependencies, recognize emerging integration problems, and facilitate technically informed decisions. Experience managing external suppliers, acquisition activities, subcontractors, or development partners whose performance directly affects overall system delivery. Experience supporting major technical reviews, system integration and test campaigns, readiness assessments, customer milestones, deployment activities, or equivalent program decision events. Demonstrated ability to identify off-plan performance early, determine the underlying drivers, and develop credible recovery or return-to-green strategies. Strong executive communication skills with the ability to provide concise, transparent, decision-ready assessments of technical progress, cost, schedule, risk, tradeoffs, and decisions required. Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments while maintaining accountability for outcomes and commitments. Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, computer science, or another relevant technical discipline, or equivalent demonstrated technical experience. Preferred Qualifications The following qualifications are valuable indicators of fit for this role but are not required. We are more interested in demonstrated ability to lead complex technical programs, integrate across organizational and system boundaries, and deliver results than in checking every box. Direct exposure to satellite constellations or similarly complex mission systems, with familiarity across the end-to-end space lifecycle-including spacecraft and payload development or acquisition, ground and communications systems, system integration and verification, launch and deployment, commissioning, mission operations, and integration with broader mission architectures. Strong understanding of system-level integration and the technical, programmatic, supplier, and operational dependencies that connect multiple hardware and software elements into a delivered capability. Working knowledge of Integrated Master Plans/Integrated Master Schedules, WBS development, critical-path analysis, schedule risk assessment, and resource-loaded planning. Fluency with program financial management, including cost forecasting, EAC/ETC development, and objective assessment of cost and schedule performance Ability to manage technical baselines and configuration changes when decisions affect interfaces, cost, schedule, verification, deployment, or mission performance. Demonstrated success managing major suppliers, subcontractors, long-lead procurements, production dependencies, or external development partners. Strong judgment in identifying leading indicators, anticipating execution problems, and developing practical contingency and recovery strategies before issues become major program impacts. Background in commercial space, aerospace, autonomy, robotics, advanced manufacturing, automotive/motorsports, energy systems, or another high-performance engineering environment where complex hardware and software must be integrated and delivered on aggressive timelines. PMP or equivalent program-management certification is beneficial but is not a substitute for demonstrated technical-program execution, judgment, and ownership. Pay Transparency: To support pay transparency, Vantor includes salary ranges in all U.S. job postings. Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range. The listed range reflects the expected pay for this position, and final offers will be determined based on each candidate's experience, expertise, and alignment with the role. The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $165,000.00 - $220,000.00 - $242,000.00 annually. For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. Benefits: Vantor offers a competitive total rewards package that goes beyond the standard, including a robust 401(k) with company match, mental health resources, and unique perks like student loan repayment assistance, adoption reimbursement and pet insurance to support all aspects of your life . click apply for full job details

GTM Specialist, Service Specialist Orgnization
Amazon Web Services, Inc. Seattle, Washington
Overview Would you like to be the person in Seattle who makes sure the demands and the potential of CMHK customers are heard, understood, and acted on by the teams that build the products? As a Go-to-Market Specialist (GTMS) based in the US, you sit close to AWS service teams and global stakeholders, and you use that proximity to carry the reality of the China Mainland & Hong Kong market into the rooms where product and service decisions are made. You are equal parts specialist and advocate: you understand the technology deeply, you translate CMHK customer needs into a compelling case, and you influence and convince the key people who can act on it. This role is built for someone who is genuinely self-driven and accountable for outcomes. Success is not measured by activity - it is measured by results: the roadmap asks you land, the stakeholders you move, the pipeline you create, and the adoption you drive. You will operate at high intensity, hold multiple engagements at once, and keep pace with a fast-moving cloud market. You are comfortable under pressure, you take ownership without waiting to be told, and you have the personal presence and communication skills to earn trust quickly with both service-team leaders and customers. Above all, you are someone who pushes: you do not simply flag a problem, you drive the specific action that resolves it. The ideal candidate combines credible technical understanding of cloud, infrastructure, and managed services with strong business instincts and communication. You should be able to hold your own with a service-team engineer on the technical substance and, in the same afternoon, frame a crisp, data-backed argument that convinces a product leader to prioritize a CMHK customer requirement. A strong sense of ownership, a bias for action, and the ability to deliver results in ambiguity are essential. What Makes This Role Different Beyond the standard specialist mandate, we are hiring against four differentiating capabilities. Candidates will be assessed explicitly against each. 1. Real technical understanding of cloud, infrastructure, and managed services You bring a strong understanding of the cloud business - not just what a service does, but how cloud infrastructure and managed services fit together commercially and technically, where the boundaries and trade-offs are, and when a given approach is the right one for a customer. Ideally you also have a working understanding of accelerated computing and GPU-carried workloads (training or inference) and the infrastructure choices they drive. You hold a defensible technical opinion in front of both a customer architect and an AWS service team. 2. Presence, affinity, and communication that earns trust fast You build rapport quickly and are easy to work with under pressure. Your written and verbal communication is clear, concise, and persuasive, whether you are in front of a service GM, a product leader, or a customer executive. People trust you with their decisions because you are credible and you follow through. 3. Self-driven ownership and accountability for results You do not wait to be assigned work - you see what needs to happen and you own it. You set your own agenda against the outcomes that matter, you operate independently at high intensity, and you hold yourself accountable for the result, not just the effort. When something is ambiguous, you make a call and move. 4. The ability to influence and push things to happen This is the core operating trait of the role. You diagnose why a customer need is not landing with a service team, you build the case, and then you drive the relevant people - internal and external - to act on it. You escalate when you should, you disagree and commit when you must, and you do not let important things quietly stall. Key job responsibilities Voice of the Region to Service & Global Stakeholders Based in Seattle near AWS service teams; act as the bridge carrying CMHK customer reality into product and service decisions. Represent CMHK demands, use cases, and blockers persuasively to GMs and global leaders; make the investment case. Influence decision-makers to prioritize CMHK needs-converting field signal into roadmap action and closing the loop back to the region. Go-to-Market Execution & Field Guidance Own the GTM motion for the infrastructure and managed-services portfolio, from narrative to execution. Build pipeline by engaging customers, partners, and account teams with a differentiated value proposition. Guide account teams on live deals: qualify, shape technical approach, unblock obstacles, and know when to escalate vs. coach. Technical Depth & Field Enablement Maintain credible expertise across compute, storage, networking, and managed services as a go-to field resource. Prove a repeatable motion on a real win, codify it, and scale it across the field. Communication & Data-Driven Management Deliver crisp, data-backed updates on pipeline, adoption, competition, and roadblocks. Leverage Salesforce and internal systems to track pipeline and build the investment case. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 7+ years of technology sales selling enterprise software, networking, infrastructure, managed hosting services, or cloud computing services experience - Demonstrable understanding of cloud, infrastructure, and managed services - you can speak credibly to how they are architected and where the trade-offs lie. - A track record of self-driven ownership and delivering measurable results, including examples of independently driving outcomes under pressure and ambiguity. - Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders who are not in your reporting line - building a case, changing minds, and driving the relevant people to act. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the personal affinity and presence to engage credibly with both senior leaders and hands-on technical practitioners. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Hands-on or architecture-level experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure, and managed services; working knowledge of software development practices, data center, and networking technologies. - Experience working across a global, matrixed organization and influencing HQ service and product teams from an in-region or bridging role. - Familiarity with the CMHK / Greater China market and its customer segments, or comparable experience representing a region's needs to a global product organization. - Familiarity with AI/ML and generative AI infrastructure requirements, and how infrastructure and managed-services decisions constrain or enable them. Software Development Engineer II, Agentic WorkSpaces Client
Amazon Web Services, Inc. Seattle, Washington
As part of the AWS Applied AI Solutions organization, we have a vision to provide business applications, leveraging Amazon's unique experience and expertise, that are used by millions of companies worldwide to manage day-to-day operations. We will accomplish this by accelerating our customers' businesses through delivery of intuitive and differentiated technology solutions that solve enduring business challenges. We blend vision with curiosity and Amazon's real-world experience to build opinionated, turnkey solutions. Where customers prefer to buy over build, we become their trusted partner with solutions that are no-brainers to buy and easy to use. The mission of Agentic WorkSpaces is to enable AI agents to work the way people do. Across the industry, agents are becoming digital workers. Like every team member, they need identity, permissions, governance, and a trusted place to do their work. The Agentic WorkSpaces Client team builds the front door to that place: the client software people use to securely access and operate the desktop and web applications their businesses rely on, and the software AI agents will use to do the same. We build the client software that runs on customer endpoints across major operating systems and browsers, and we own critical parts of the connection and user experience for Amazon WorkSpaces, a highly scaled system that delivers remote desktops and streamed applications to millions of end users every day. We are evolving that same client experience to carry agentic workloads, which require secure access, enterprise permissions, governance, observability, and human oversight. Learn more: We are looking for a Software Development Engineer to design, build, and operate customer-facing capabilities across native and web clients, advancing the client that enterprise agents will work through while supporting a system that millions of people depend on today. Industry consensus points to a growing share of cloud desktop workloads becoming agentic in the coming years. We build the client software those desktops are reached through, which is exactly why the Agentic WorkSpaces Client team can lead that shift. Today, most of the team's work is building and running the clients our users rely on; the agentic share of the roadmap grows from there. Your work includes secure session connectivity, client lifecycle, cross-platform architecture, user experience, performance, software updates, operational telemetry, and integrations supporting human and agentic workflows. You will own features from design through production, collaborate with teams across AWS, solve complex issues in customer-managed environments, and maintain a high bar for security, reliability, and operational excellence. Agentic WorkSpaces offers a combination most roles don't: the early build-out of agent infrastructure on the scale of a mature AWS service. You will not be starting from a blank page, and you will not be maintaining a system in stasis. You will shape the evolution of Amazon WorkSpaces by extending a proven system rather than rewriting it. The problems span operating systems, web technologies, networking, security, and distributed services, and your work will directly influence how people and AI agents securely interact with enterprise applications. We are passionate about our customers and love to solve their most critical problems. If you enjoy hard problems that span the client and the cloud, and want to work with a talented, inclusive team that prides itself on a great work environment, join us.
