Jr. Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant
i360technologies, Inc. (i360) Washington, Washington DC
Job Description At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. A major federal agency is consolidating its core financial management systems into a single, multi-tenant Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution as part of the government-wide push to standardize federal financial management. The program will migrate multiple agency components and customer agencies onto the new platform, with a stated goal of making maximum use of automation and artificial intelligence to reduce manual workload, speed reconciliation and improve data quality. i360technologies supports this program as a subcontractor to a large federal systems integrator. We are seeking a motivated, early-career Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Analyst who uses AI to bridge knowledge gaps and learn fast. You will help configure, test, deploy, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud procurement and payables capabilities in a complex federal financial environment. If you have some hands-on Oracle P2P experience, take initiative, and want to grow into a senior consultant on a program of this size, this role is built for you. This is one of the largest federal financial modernization efforts underway, and you'll be part of it from the start, building skills on a high-profile program most early-career consultants never get access to. Location: Washington, DC Metro, on-site at client facilities; occasional travel to other client locations. Why AI Matters Here: AI is central to how this team delivers. You won't know everything on day one, and we don't expect you to. We want analysts who use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to bridge their own knowledge gaps: learning Oracle Fusion Cloud setups, P2P processes, and federal financial rules they haven't worked with yet, then turning that learning into real work such as configurations, documentation, and test scripts. Be ready to show us a time you used AI to learn something new fast and how you checked that what it told you was right. You will use only client-approved AI tools and never enter client data, financial records, or other sensitive information into public AI tools. What You Will Do: Help configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P functionality. Support Procurement, Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Payables, Payments, and related functionality. Participate in requirements and fit-gap workshops with financial and procurement stakeholders. Help translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud configurations and functional designs. Configure approval rules, purchasing controls, supplier setups, invoice processing, matching, and payment options with guidance from senior consultants. Support integration of P2P processes with GL, Fixed Assets, Projects, Budgetary Control, and external systems. Help draft functional specifications for integrations, conversions, reports, and extensions. Support data conversion and validation. Write and execute SIT/UAT test scripts and help resolve functional defects. Support deployment, cutover, training, and post-production stabilization. Document configurations, business processes, SOPs, and controls. Use AI tools to speed up your learning, documentation, and testing, and learn from senior consultants on the team. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Oracle ERP Procurement or Payables experience, as a consultant, analyst, implementation team member, or power user. Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and/or Payables experience (Oracle EBS experience with Fusion Cloud training or certification will be considered). Understanding of end-to-end P2P processes: requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, invoice matching, and payments. Familiarity with Oracle approval workflows/BPM. Exposure to FBDI, OTBI/BIP, interfaces, or conversions from a functional perspective. Experience writing or executing SIT/UAT test scripts. Demonstrated use of AI tools to learn unfamiliar systems, processes, or rules quickly and apply that learning to real work. A track record of taking initiative to learn on your own, such as certifications, self-study, or volunteering for new work on a project. What You'll Gain: A seat on one of the largest federal financial modernization programs, from the ground floor. Mentorship from senior Oracle P2P and federal financial management specialists. A career path that grows with the program: more scope, more responsibility, more expertise each year. In-demand skills in Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P and AI-enabled delivery. What Success Looks Like: Configurations and documentation you own are accurate and delivered on schedule. You capture clear requirements and process notes from fit-gap workshops. Your test scripts are thorough, and defects you find are documented and resolved quickly. You close your own knowledge gaps quickly with AI and verify what it gives you, so you need less direction each month. Security & Eligibility Requirements: Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust eligibility (background investigation required) Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with at least 3 of the last 5 years of U.S. residency. Sponsorship is not available now or in the future. Work must be performed within the United States (remote access from foreign locations is not permitted) Benefits: Referral Bonus (401k) Matching Holidays - Eleven Technology Reimbursement Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (0-3 years - 15 Days PTO 3+ years 20 Days) 80% Employer Paid Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Equal Opportunity Employer Minority/Female/Veteran/Disability All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, or status within any other protected group. Only direct applicants will be considered. Submissions from recruiting or staffing firms will not be accepted.

Cyber Training Program Manager
SkillBit
Job Description About SkillBit SkillBit (formerly MetaCTF) is a growing startup that helps organizations build, measure, and maintain the cybersecurity skills that matter most in today's evolving threat landscape. Its AI-powered platform delivers immersive, hands-on assessment and training experiences for individuals and teams, enabling organizations to accelerate onboarding, identify capability gaps, and develop cybersecurity talent. SkillBit turns a security team's skills into capital: proven hands-on, built for the work the team actually does, and visible to the people who fund it. The Role We're looking for a Cyber Training Program Manager to own our live training programs and the content behind them. This is a hands-on cybersecurity training program management and instructional design role. You'll own the relationship between our customers, instructors, and learners and make sure that every course is planned and delivered. Teaching experience is a plus. As a small team, we're looking for someone with real ownership and urgency. Someone who sees what needs to be done, builds the plan, and moves without waiting for perfect information or detailed instructions. What You'll Work On Plan and run a calendar of live virtual training, from 1-hour briefings to full-day hands-on workshops, including the schedule, instructor assignments, announcements, and registration. Be the day-to-day contact for each customer's program team and for learners before, during, and after every course. Report on attendance and learning outcomes. Find, vet, contract, and prepare technical instructors, run dry runs, and quality-check delivery. Plan, commission, and review learning content, and map it to industry frameworks and to each customer's priorities. Deploy courses, labs, and challenges into SkillBit Labs, and test them end to end so every environment works before a learner sees it. Judge labs and challenges as a practitioner would, checking that each scenario is realistic, teaches the right skill, and sits at the right difficulty. Turn learner and instructor feedback into platform and content improvements, working closely with our product and engineering team. Teach sessions in your areas of expertise and serve as a backup instructor when needed. Represent SkillBit at conferences and help run customer events and hands-on activities. What We're Looking For Hands-on cybersecurity experience deep enough to judge whether a lab is realistic, whether a course covers the right material, and how it maps to frameworks such as NIST NICE and MITRE ATT&CK. Comfort working with, or quickly learning, the technologies and tools needed to deploy, troubleshoot, and test hands-on labs on your own. Experience with cyber ranges, CTFs, or lab design is a plus. Experience running a training program or a similar multi-stakeholder project, including schedules, vendors or instructors, and customer reporting, with a track record of keeping many moving pieces on schedule. Experience building or managing technical training content, such as course outlines, hands-on exercises, and assessments. Clear written and spoken communication with customers, instructors, and learners, including in front of a live audience. A strong bias toward action. You create structure in ambiguity, take ownership of your work, and see it through on your own. Comfortable using AI tools to augment your work. AI security expertise is a plus. Comfortable with occasional travel. Notes Reports to: Co-Founder & CEO Location: remote, based in the United States and authorized to work here Travel: occasional travel for conferences and customer events Expected salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 + stock options Among others, benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance and Safe Harbor 401(k) with company match

It's a dedicated channel with its own team. Reports to: Director of Growth At most agencies, YouTube is a line item inside "Google Ads management." A campaign type. Something the search team turns on when the client asks about video or the Meta team builds it out. At Taikun, YouTube is its own service line. Its own strategy, its own creative discipline, its own measurement design. We built it that way on purpose, because the channel deserves it and because treating YouTube like Meta is how you burn $50k learning nothing. That decision is why brands doing $5M to $500M a year hire us for YouTube specifically. We run geo holdouts to prove lift. We publish quarterly research on the channel. We are at the forefront of YouTube tools like CTV Premiere Beta, YouTube Creator Partnerships, and Insights Finder. We're not looking for someone who wants to learn this. We're looking for someone who already lives it and wants a bigger stage to run on. About Taikun We're a fully remote 30-person performance marketing agency and Google Premier Partner, built for DTC ecommerce. Your work ships under your name, and some of it gets published for the whole industry to read. What you'll actually do You'll own YouTube strategy and execution for DTC accounts. The role: Build true full-funnel YouTube programs. Awareness through conversion across in-stream, in-feed, Shorts, and Demand Gen, with each stage doing a distinct job instead of 1 campaign pretending to do all of them. Design sequencing strategies. Story arcs across ad exposures. You know how to architect this and when it's worth the complexity. Deploy contextual and audience targeting with intent. Placements, topics, custom segments, in-market layers. You match the message to the moment, not just the person. Design measurement that holds up. Geo holdouts, platform-comparable CPA, attribution triangulation across Triple Whale, Northbeam, and GA4. Brief creative that converts. Hook first. Emotion first, logic second. Catch the lies early. Conversion inflation, view-through padding, saturation creep. You'll spot them before the client ever sees a weird number. Report like a strategist. Weekly reads that separate real CAC from reported CAC, written so a founder actually understands them. Your findings feed our quarterly YouTube reports and frameworks. Your work builds your reputation, not just ours. Who this is for You've run YouTube hands-on for 3+ years as your primary channel, ideally on DTC accounts spending $100k+ a month. Not YouTube as a side quest inside a Google Ads role. YouTube as the job. You've built sequenced, full-funnel programs before and have opinions about when sequencing earns its complexity and when it doesn't. You speak incrementality fluently. Holdouts, lift tests, MMM calibration, and why last-click fails to flatter a video channel. Every, single, time. You have taste. You can watch a cut and know in 6 seconds whether it'll hold attention, and you can explain why. You write like you talk. Clear, direct, no jargon. Clients hire us for clarity as much as performance. Bonus points Demand Gen experience and the scars that come with its reporting quirks A DTC background, so you can translate for brands shifting spend SQL, Python, or scripting chops for reporting automation A public footprint. You've posted, published, or podcasted about this work (not mandatory). Why this job is different You've probably been the only person at your company who really understands YouTube. Here, we're building an entire team around it.
