Serve as the primary point person for understanding overall development progress and priorities within each sprint. Guide team members in applying Agile and Scrum principles and best practices. Track sprint progress, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items. Maintain Agile project information and team progress within Rally. Remove roadblocks and help resolve issues impacting team delivery. Drive accountability across the Scrum team while maintaining a collaborative and supportive environment. Identify resource, scheduling, functionality, and team conflicts and escalate appropriately to Management. Coordinate work across technical stakeholders and ensure priorities remain clearly communicated. Provide project management and coordination support in addition to traditional Scrum Master responsibilities. Proactively identify potential delivery risks and determine appropriate next steps without waiting for management direction. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and priorities. Must-Haves: 10 years of overall professional experience. 5 years of dedicated Scrum Master experience. Strong hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks. Hands-on Rally experience. Experience independently leading Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery.
