Quarantines nonconforming product and writes nonconformance reports (NCRs). Processes nonconforming material per supervisor's requests. Communicates well (verbally and in writing) with others within the QA team as well as those in other processes. This includes communicating any findings found during inspections. Investigates and contains issues when nonconforming product is found. Helps ensure no nonconforming product reaches our customer. Assists with testing components and/or completed boilers.
