POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Director of Government Grants & Compliance, the Quality Assurance Associate (QA Assoc) plays a vital role in supporting the agency's statewide efforts to maintain our high-quality, effective programming for youth experiencing homelessness for. The QA Assoc will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and quality across all program areas, contributing to programmatic management through the review and monitoring of service delivery documentation, and promoting compliance with private and government funder requirements. This position coordinates closely with program staff to support accurate and timely data entry, maintain and monitor program databases (including ETO, HMIS, and others), and ensure adherence to best practices and tracking standards. The QA Assoc will also assist with internal audits, program evaluation reporting, and preparation for site visits and compliance reviews. Additionally, this role supports the agency's funding needs by contributing to grant reporting processes, collecting data to demonstrate program outcomes, and participating in cross-functional meetings with service programs and the Director. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Works collaboratively with CHC's Program teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data entry across program databases (e.g., ETO, HMIS, internal tracking systems). Provide a high level of customer service to partnering departments including programs, HR, development and finance.
