What You Will Need: Bachelor's degree or four (4) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Two (2) years of experience supporting Agile software development or technology implementation projects. Experience supporting or leading Agile teams in software development environments. Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks; SAFe experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to remove impediments, manage competing priorities, and drive team outcomes. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
