Primary responsibilities include providing Tier 2 support of maintaining multiple large Enterprise environment that spans CONUS and OCONUS boundaries. The supporting infrastructure includes multiple Microsoft based networks spanning multiple security enclaves within a hybrid (Windows & RHEL) environments.
