Experience in service level management, SLA reporting, or similar roles within technology-driven environments. Bachelors degree in a STEM field. Advanced experience with visualization software, preferably Tableau. In-depth knowledge of interactive data visualization best practices. Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling concepts. Proven experience in SLA assessment, data analysis, and reporting. Experience working in a matrixed organization and adapting to a fast-paced work environment. Information for US Applicants For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $127,300 to $216,100 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
