Senior Product Manager - Technical, External Services, AWS Billing
Amazon Web Services, Inc. New York, New York
We're rebuilding the AWS product catalog for an AI-native world, and this role owns both how it's defined and how it grows. You'll set the standards every AWS product follows and define the new features, packages, and add-ons that service teams bring to customers, building the machine-readable foundation that billing, cost management, and AI agents all depend on. The AWS Billing organization serves over 200 AWS services across 30+ regions, and every one needs a product definition that is structurally correct, consistently described, and rich enough for both humans and AI to reason about. This is the foundation for commercial decisions made by external customers and internal teams. As Senior Product Manager - Technical External Services, you'll own the AWS product model end to end: the schema, governance rules, and quality standards every product conforms to, and the new product structures service teams build on top of them. You'll define what attributes a product carries from creation, how to create standard models for different types of services (from compute and storage to AI inference and developer tools), how products relate to and compose with one another in packages and shared commercial experiences, and how the catalog enables AI agents to discover, compare, and act on products programmatically. You'll also extend the catalog with new product features, packages, and add-ons that service teams can adopt through configuration rather than custom engineering. Your work directly determines how AWS services launch and grow their products. In this role, you'll architect the data model that underlies AWS commerce, define the governance framework that enforces it across hundreds of service teams, and establish the lifecycle and relationship standards that let products evolve and work consistently across commercial channels. You'll conduct direct research with service teams and internal consumers of product data to understand where definitions break down, translating those insights into schema improvements and governance rules. You'll work at the intersection of data architecture, billing infrastructure, and AI-native product design, defining how AWS products present themselves to the next generation of consumers. You'll collaborate with engineering teams across AWS's billing, metering, and cost management organizations. This role requires deep technical fluency in data modeling, schema design, and systems thinking, combined with the product instinct to know which standards matter and which create bureaucracy. If you're excited about defining the foundational data layer that makes AWS's commerce systems work this role offers the chance to shape how every AWS product is defined, described, and used across AWS commerce. Key job responsibilities - Define product framework: schema, required attributes, quality rules, and lifecycle governance for every AWS product - Define standard product models and product-relationship patterns for different service categories - Extend the catalog with new product features, packages, and add-ons that service teams can adopt through configuration - Architect agent-readable product metadata standards for AI consumption across internal and external experiences - Drive adoption of product standards across new offerings and established catalog systems - Conduct direct research with service teams and product data consumers to identify where definitions break down and drive improvements - Partner with engineering teams across AWS's billing, metering, and cost management organizations BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience - Experience working with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs - Experience in taking a product from conception & definition phase through engineering design and taking it to market - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations - Experience working within teams delivering software products and features using agile methodologies - 3+ years of developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using data modeling experience - Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale - Experience with billing, commerce, or catalog systems - Experience building or designing agentic products and interfaces Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Senior Software Engineer (AM+ Auth)
Gravitee Denver, Colorado
Gravitee is a 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader , on a mission to govern the world's intelligence . We deliver the industry's most advanced platform for Any API, Any Event, and Any AI Agent , trusted by global leaders like Michelin, Roche, and Blue Yonder. Why join us? The Mission : We are the first to bridge traditional API Management with the new frontier of AI Agent Security The Momentum : A high-growth Leader - combining market credibility with startup speed The DNA : We hire people who Hold Nothing Back - passionate builders who want to redefine digital infrastructure Don't just watch the AI revolution. Build the infrastructure that controls and secures it. The Role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build and maintain the identity and authorization features of Gravitee Access Management (AM) - across the AM runtime and the access-management experience in Gamma, Gravitee's next generation product surface. This is a new role. Today, AM engineering is based entirely in Europe. This hire establishes US-hours ownership of Level 3 and Level 4 authentication and authorization incidents, and adds delivery capacity toward AM parity in Gamma - part of building sustainable L3/L4 engineering capability in the US. You will split your time roughly 80% feature delivery and 20% L3/L4 support and bug fixing (it varies week to week), working as an embedded member of the AM team, which is based in Europe. What You Will Be Doing In this role, you will: Design and deliver features end to end, from discovery and technical design through implementation, testing, release, and iteration. Build and maintain identity and authorization features of Gravitee Access Management, across the AM runtime and the AM experience in Gamma. Implement and support OAuth 2.0 and OIDC flows (authorization code + PKCE, client credentials, token exchange), SAML 2.0 as both IdP and SP, SCIM, and FAPI/CIBA/UMA profiles. Work with token and session semantics - JWT, JWKS, key rotation, revocation, introspection, MFA and step-up, WebAuthn/FIDO2, and IdP federation and social login. Keep security behavior and upgrades safe: standards compliance, secure defaults, certificate and secret handling, consent, audit logs, and defenses against token replay, SSRF, and account takeover. Own safe migrations and backward compatibility across MongoDB and JDBC, and support multi-domain, multi-region deployments and login/token endpoint performance. Own US-hours Level 3 and Level 4 escalations for AM customers as part of the L3 pager duty rotation. Use LLMs and AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully for prototyping, implementation, testing, debugging, and exploration, applying sound engineering judgment to validate AI-generated work. Write meaningful automated tests and contribute to reliable delivery practices. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and technical leaders - including the AM team based in Europe - to discover effective solutions and improve them through code and design reviews. Share what you learn and help the team make practical choices as identity standards and protocols evolve. Essential Skills We are looking for evidence that you can succeed in the role, whether gained through employment, open-source work, or equivalent practical experience: 5+ years building and running production backend software, on a team that ships and supports its own product; you have personally resolved production incidents. Strong Java experience (C# accepted if the object-oriented depth is there), with Maven and a reactive stack such as Vert.x/RxJava. Deep working knowledge of identity standards: OAuth 2.0 and OIDC flows (authorization code + PKCE, client credentials, token exchange), SAML 2.0, SCIM, and FAPI/CIBA/UMA profiles. • Solid grasp of token and session semantics: JWT, JWKS, rotation, revocation, introspection, MFA/step-up, WebAuthn/FIDO2, and IdP federation. A security-first mindset: secure defaults, certificate and secret handling, audit logging, and awareness of token replay, SSRF, and account-takeover risks. Experience with safe migrations and backward compatibility across persistent data stores such as MongoDB or JDBCbacked relational databases. Git-based workflow, code review, and writing your own automated tests. Hands-on experience using LLMs or AI coding assistants as part of an engineering workflow, combined with the judgment to review and improve their output. Clear communication, collaborative problem-solving, and the ability to take an ambiguous problem through to production. Desired Skills You do not need to match every item. We would be especially interested in experience with: • Experience at an API gateway, proxy, or service-mesh vendor, or on the API platform team of a large company (e.g., Kong, Google Apigee, MuleSoft, Tyk, Solo.io, Traefik, WSO2). Kubernetes operators and CRDs; OpenAPI tooling; service mesh or Envoy experience. Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application delivery. Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent2Agent (A2A), tool calling, LLM proxies, or other emerging AI protocols and standards. Prior production experience is not required. Building or operating LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, or agentic workflows - especially their security, governance, and observability needs. Open-source software or enterprise developer platforms. Who Thrives at Gravitee Our growth is powered by people who bring passion to what they build, professionalism to how they work, and a commitment to doing things well. You will thrive here if you: • Bring energy and a constructive attitude to the team. • Adapt quickly and enjoy learning unfamiliar technologies and domains. • Take ownership, communicate clearly, and follow through with urgency. • Balance delivery speed with thoughtful engineering judgment. • Start with the customer problem and care about the quality of the experience you create. • Enjoy working in a fast-moving, collaborative, international environment. Life at Gravitee At Gravitee, we invest in humans, not just roles. You'll get: • Salary of $160,000 • Competitive medical coverage. • Pension / 401(k) program options. • Stock options - you build it, you own it. • 25 days of holiday plus in-country national holidays. • Three mental health days and a wellness allowance. • Your birthday off. • A professional development budget to support your growth. • A hybrid work culture with hubs across regions. • Quarterly team events and an annual company offsite. • A collaborative, international company culture. • Opportunities to grow your scope and career as Gravitee grows. At Gravitee, we believe diverse perspectives make better products and stronger teams. No employee or applicant will be treated less favorably on the grounds of sex, marital status, race, color, nationality, ethnic or national origin, disability, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, pregnancy or maternity, marital or civil partner status, religion, or belief. By applying, you consent to Gravitee storing and processing the personal information you submit as part of the recruitment process.

Oracle
Senior Principal Business Operations Lead (Nashville, TN)
Oracle Nashville, Tennessee
The Global Program Controls organization provides governance, reporting, controls processes, cost management support, and portfolio visibility to help Oracle Cloud Infrastructure deliver global data center programs with greater consistency, transparency, and execution discipline. We are seeking a highly experienced individual contributor to help transform complex operational and technical information into accurate, decision-ready insights for senior executives. This role is designed for someone who is relentless about data integrity, intellectually curious, highly responsive, and comfortable operating in a complex, fast-moving, technical environment. The successful candidate will be able to move fluidly between detailed operational data and CEO-level communication-digging into the underlying facts, identifying inconsistencies, resolving ambiguity, and distilling the results into clear, concise, and credible executive reporting. This is not a traditional data analyst, project manager, or communications role. It combines elements of all three. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical judgment, executive communication skills, technical aptitude, and a delivery-oriented mindset. Prior data center experience is not required. More important is a genuine interest in learning technical subject matter and the ability to become conversant in areas such as data center operations, low-voltage infrastructure, rack and compute deployment, hardware testing, and server turn-up activities. Key Responsibilities Data Integrity and Analytical Rigor Establish confidence in the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and traceability of critical business and operational data. Investigate discrepancies across systems, reports, teams, and data sources, and drive issues through resolution. Ask probing questions, challenge unsupported assumptions, and ensure that reported information can withstand executive scrutiny. Develop practical processes and controls that improve data quality and reporting reliability over time. Identify gaps in available information and work across teams to establish a clear, defensible source of truth. Balance speed with precision, particularly during time-sensitive executive requests and operational escalations. Executive Reporting and Communication Translate highly technical, tactical, or operational information into clear and compelling narratives for the CEO and other senior executives. Produce executive reports, briefings, presentations, summaries, and decision-support materials. Distill large volumes of information into the few insights, risks, decisions, and actions that matter most. Tailor the depth, language, and format of communications to the intended executive audience. Ensure that executive materials are accurate, concise, logically structured, and supported by verifiable data. Anticipate likely executive questions and prepare the supporting analysis needed to answer them. Business and Technical Learning Develop a deep understanding of the company's business model, operations, technology, customers, systems, and key performance drivers. Become comfortable with technical concepts related to data center operations, low-voltage work, rack and compute deployment, hardware validation and testing, server installation, and server turn-up. Learn unfamiliar technical and operational subject matter quickly, even without prior domain experience. Engage confidently with engineers, operators, vendors, and subject-matter experts to understand technical processes, terminology, dependencies, and risks. Ask thoughtful questions and continue learning until able to accurately explain technical topics to both operational and executive audiences. Build strong working relationships with subject-matter experts and learn enough to challenge, clarify, and synthesize their input. Connect information across functions to identify broader implications, dependencies, risks, and opportunities. Approach technical subject matter with curiosity, humility, and genuine enthusiasm rather than hesitation or avoidance. Program Execution and Problem Solving Bring a project manager's discipline to ambiguous, cross-functional work. Define problems, organize workstreams, clarify owners, establish milestones, and drive deliverables to completion. Coordinate across technical, operational, finance, strategy, and leadership teams to obtain required inputs and resolve blockers. Step into urgent or unstructured situations, create order quickly, and drive toward a practical solution. Manage multiple high-priority requests while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and sound judgment. Follow through persistently until commitments are completed and issues are resolved. Executive and Operational Support Serve as a trusted, high-leverage partner to senior leadership on critical analyses, executive deliverables, and time-sensitive business issues. Independently take ownership of complex requests with limited initial direction. Help diagnose and resolve urgent business or operational "fire drills." Exercise discretion when handling sensitive, confidential, or executive-level information. Provide flexibility during periods of elevated business activity, including occasional support outside standard working hours when urgent circumstances require it. Responsibilities Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a senior, hands-on operator who combines intellectual curiosity with an exceptional standard for accuracy. This person is comfortable going deep into the details without losing sight of the larger business narrative. They are not satisfied with numbers simply because they appear in a system or report. They want to understand where the data came from, how it was calculated, whether it is complete, and whether it tells the full story. At the same time, they understand that analysis creates value only when it leads to clarity, decisions, and action. They are energized-not intimidated-by technical complexity and unfamiliar subject matter. They do not need to arrive with deep expertise in data center infrastructure, low-voltage systems, rack and compute deployment, testing, or server turn-up. They do need to enjoy learning how these areas work, be willing to engage deeply with technical experts, and develop enough fluency to identify risks, ask credible questions, and communicate clearly about the work. Required Qualifications Approximately 10-15 years of relevant experience in business operations, strategy and operations, analytics, executive reporting, program management, management consulting, finance, corporate strategy, or a related field. Demonstrated success translating complex technical or operational information into executive-level reports and presentations. Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to draft concise, polished language suitable for a CEO or board-level audience. Strong analytical judgment and a demonstrated commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Experience investigating inconsistent or incomplete data and coordinating across teams to resolve underlying issues. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives as a senior individual contributor. Strong project and program management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, dependency management, and follow-through. Ability to learn unfamiliar businesses, technologies, infrastructure, and operating models quickly. Demonstrated comfort engaging with detailed technical information and working closely with engineering or operations teams. Comfort operating in an environment with ambiguity, changing priorities, and urgent requests. High degree of ownership, responsiveness, discretion, and professional judgment. This is an onsite position in Nashville, TN. Preferred Qualifications Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, operations, transformation, technical program management, or an executive office. Experience preparing materials for C-suite executives, boards of directors, investors, or other senior stakeholders. Familiarity with business intelligence, reporting, data governance, operational metrics, or enterprise systems. Experience working in a technically complex, infrastructure-intensive, or operationally demanding environment. Exposure to data center operations, physical infrastructure, low-voltage systems, hardware deployment, testing, commissioning, or related technical environments. Evidence of succeeding across industries or learning a new industry quickly. Advanced proficiency with presentation, spreadsheet, reporting, and data-visualization tools. Strategic Analytics & Reporting Manager
Match Group Los Angeles, California
Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, the Strategy, Operations & Research team is a nimble group that partners with senior leaders across Match Group and our portfolio businesses on their most important strategic priorities. The team shapes the company's long-term direction by bringing analytical rigor, strategic foresight, and clear operational guidance. We bridge high-level vision and day-to-day execution, ensuring the organization is aligned and moving effectively toward shared goals. As Strategic Analytics & Reporting Manager, you'll be the connective tissue between data and decision-making for the portfolio - pulling together information across brands and functions (product, marketing, finance, research) into one credible view of how the business is performing. Rather than going deep in a single data domain, you'll range across all of them: today it might be a cross-brand user-overlap analysis, tomorrow a competitive intelligence readout for the Board, and next week a same-day pull to answer the CFO's question. You should be as comfortable writing a SQL query as you are presenting the "so what" to an executive. Day-to-day work will include a mix of recurring reporting, ad-hoc analyses, and longer-term projects. This role will work across functions (research, product, finance, marketing, etc.) and across Business Units (Tinder, Hinge, E&E). You will report to the Senior Director, Strategy & Operations and work closely with peers across Strategy, Operations, and Consumer Research - as well as with specialized analytics teams elsewhere at Match Group - translating their outputs, and your own analysis, into portfolio-level insight for corporate leadership. As part of a corporate team supporting a portfolio of brands, you will engage with a wide range of senior stakeholders and adapt seamlessly to different business needs, work styles, and communication preferences. Know where you belong. Match Group is a leading provider of dating services across the globe. Our portfolio includes Tinder, Match, Hinge, PlentyOfFish, The League, and others, each designed to spark meaningful connections for singles worldwide. Creating a sense of belonging doesn't stop at our platforms - it's the foundation of every team we hire. When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL 3 days/week. How you'll make an impact: Executive reporting: Own recurring, cross-brand reporting - consolidating metrics like MAU, revenue, and payer penetration from multiple data sources into a consistent "state of the business" view for corporate and BU leadership. Competitive intelligence: Lead market-landscape and competitive intelligence reporting (e.g., Sensor Tower), size total addressable market, and flag emerging trends and competitive threats for executive and Board audiences. Cross-brand analytics: Analyze how users move across Match Group's brands - overlap, migration, and cannibalization - to inform portfolio strategy and resource-allocation decisions. Ad hoc executive support: Respond to requests from executives and the Board, quickly pulling and synthesizing data across functions into a clear point of view and recommendation. Continuous improvement: Simplify and automate the team's reporting and dashboarding so more time goes to analysis and less to manual upkeep. We could be a match if: You have 4+ years of professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, FP&A, or a related data-driven field. Product analytics backgrounds are a strong fit, but strong SQL skills and communication matter more to us than a specific pedigree. You have strong SQL skills (Databricks or Redshift preferred) and are comfortable combining data across multiple, imperfect sources rather than working within one clean system. You'd rather have broad fluency across marketing, product, finance, and research data than deep specialization in any single one of them. You are proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and at least one BI/visualization tool (Quicksight, Tableau, Looker, or similar). Your written and verbal communication skills are excellent, and you have experience building executive-facing presentations - you can tell the story, not just show the numbers. You're comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and being pulled into whatever question the business needs answered that week. You are fluent with AI tools, and always looking for the next one that makes the work faster or sharper. Bonus: experience with competitive intelligence or market-sizing tools (e.g., Sensor Tower), or prior exposure to cross-brand/multi-product analytics. Bachelor's degree required; a quantitative or technical concentration is a plus but not required. Applicants will be required to complete a SQL skills assessment. $100,000 - $130,000 a year The compensation range listed above is representative of the base salary offered. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of Dallas, TX. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting. Apple Client Platform Engineer (Remote, US)
Alectrona Remote, Oregon
Apple Client Platform Engineer (Remote, US) About Alectrona Customer experience is more than meeting an SLA. Our team is passionate about making Apple "just work" for our clients, because we want you to experience the delight of a truly functional technology environment, without the friction of IT getting in the way. We get excited about what we do, and we love sharing that passion with our partners. Enterprise IT becomes enjoyable again. We actually love what we do, we take a lot of pride in the quality of our work, and for us, customer experience is paramount. The SLA is not the only metric that drives us. We get deeply invested in finding ways to keep our clients as excited as we are. In an industry that hasn't changed much in over a decade, we are actively reimagining what clients should expect from technology vendors. So we want to show off what's possible not just what's been promised. We treat all people as if they're smart and know what's best. because our clients are smart, and they do know. We work with clients that inspire us, and whose missions we want to support. That mutual respect results in trusting relationships and productive communication about business pain points and solutions. We won't hide behind intimidating security-speak and IT jargon. We say what we mean, and mean for clients to understand what we say. Our clients put their people first - and so do we. Happy employees create happy customers. Downtime is expensive, and top talent shouldn't spend entire days downloading apps and setting up workstations. Our clients understand this, and demand the best for their people as a matter of business strategy. We bring a matching sense of purpose and excitement to every client engagement. What you'll do at Alectrona You will lead professional services engagements for organizations running Apple at scale. That means designing the management platform, building the parts that do not exist yet, and telling the customer the truth about what will and will not work. We're a fully remote team across multiple time zones, and we expect you to work well in that environment and be willing to meet in person a few times per year, present at conferences, and be an active member of the team. Design, deploy, and hand over Apple management platforms: MDM, identity, patching, security tooling, and the integrations that tie them together. Own services engagements end to end in accordance with our company values. You scope the work, plan it, run it, document it, and close it out. We expect you to be able to effectively manage your own time and projects. Our team enjoys this flexibility and autonomy and the responsibility that comes with it. Solve the problems that get escalated after everyone else has tried. Packet captures, log spelunking, protocol-level MDM debugging, troubleshooting undocumented behavior in macOS. Understand software development concepts: automations, integrations against vendor APIs, custom agents, deployment tooling. We don't expect you to write apps, but it is important to understand the code you're deploying and know how to fix stuff that isn't working. Challenge customers when their plan will not survive production. Arguing for a better approach is part of the job, and you have to do it well enough to keep the relationship. Run scoping calls. Uncover the business driver behind the request, and then explain what the work will take in plain language. Support our small and medium business managed services customers alongside the rest of the Alectrona team. Provide technical support and guidance to our managed services customers, including properly recording notes, updating documentation, and resolving tickets within SLA targets. Mentor other engineers and colleagues to raise the standards and help everyone learn. Shape new products and services. Alectrona builds its own software, and the ideas come from the field. Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the organization. Adhere to the highest moral, ethical and legal standards to deliver an environment that promotes respect, innovation and creativity. Support and promote a positive, inclusive workplace where the talents and strengths of our increasingly diverse workforce are welcomed, further developed, and expressed in our work. What we're looking for This is a high mid-level to senior role. We are looking for an engineer who is an expert in Apple management and knows the rest of IT well enough to work across the whole stack a customer runs. You will be supporting a variety of customer types, from end users to IT managers. Apple and endpoint management Deep experience managing Apple devices in a variety of types of environments. This means complex management beyond help desk support and basic engineering Solid hands-on expertise in at least two enterprise Apple device management platforms, and the ability to pick up the others fast. Our work spans Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, Omnissa Workspace ONE, Fleet, Iru (formerly Kandji), Addigy and Mosyle. Command of the Apple management stack itself, not just one vendor's console: this includes an understanding of the MDM protocol, Declarative Device Management, Automated Device Enrollment and Apple Business, APNs, configuration profiles, TCC and PPPC, FileVault, code signing and notarization, Platform SSO, etc. Experience migrating fleets between platforms, and a solid understanding of what each vendor does well and where another solution might be stronger. Software/DevOps skills for managing endpoints You are familiar with more than just using basic shell scripts. Confidence in writing your own Shell scripts and troubleshooting code at a minimum. Swift, Python, Go or other experience is a plus. Use AI to accelerate and complement your code, not as a wholesale replacement. We want efficiency, productivity, and anti-slop creativity. At Alectrona, we view AI not as a replacement for human expertise, but as a multiplier for your existing skills. Using git, participating in code review, leveraging CI, and testing and packaging are part of how you work, not something another team does for you. You leverage APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows to complete tasks and build processes that scale. The rest of IT IP networking: familiar with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, 802.1X, VPN, proxies and TLS inspection. Server and identity administration: supporting Platform SSO, WebAuthn, Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, Active Directory, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, Kerberos, and certificate authorities. Security and compliance: CIS Benchmarks, NIST 800-53, SOC 2, ISO 27001, endpoint detection tooling, vulnerability management, and how each of these applies to securing Macs in production. Working with customers Experience and confidence delivering paid professional services or consulting to external customers. You are comfortable actively leading and training customers on implementing configuration changes when we aren't provided direct access to systems. Experience and confidence in supporting end users and small businesses in our managed services operation. You explain complex technical work to people who do not share your background, in writing and out loud. You participate in discovery, kickoff, and project scoping calls as the engineering voice; ask good questions and translate client context into technical decisions. You have the confidence to stand up for what's right, whether it's about a technical best practice or just common sense. You challenge your customer to think differently and maintain trust in our recommendations. You stay steady when a project goes sideways, the workload swings, or a customer is unhappy. Fluent English language proficiency (required). Education and certifications Four-year degree, or the equivalent in experience and knowledge. We understand these skills don't come from higher education alone. Appreciated, but not required; however, you should have the skill to obtain any or all of these certifications quickly: Apple Certified IT Professional, Jamf Certified Expert (400), Microsoft MD-102, CompTIA Network+ and Security+, CISSP. If you don't have certs, you will be expected to obtain them in the first few months of employment. You're the right fit for Alectrona if You enjoy your work and enjoy helping the people around you without being asked. You seek out perspectives that are not your own. You are curious and resourceful; you dig into the parts nobody else wants, and you improve on your own work. New challenges excite you rather than worry you. You take calculated risks and share your mistakes with the team so we can all improve. You approach hard conversations with empathy. Like us, you enjoy solving the really hard problems as a team and hearing how we've significantly improved our clients' working environment. We're serious about building a great place to work where we all get to enjoy what we do together. Pay and benefits The approximate annual compensation range for this role is $95,000 to $165,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions. In addition, Alectrona provides benefits, including 401(k) (6% non-elective company contribution), group medical, dental, vision insurance (99% paid by Alectrona), and an unlimited vacation policy.

Strategic Analytics & Reporting Manager
Match Group New York, New York
Senior Customer Enablement AI Programs Manager
Databricks New York, New York
CSQ426R319 Senior Customer Enablement AI Programs Manager As a Senior Customer Enablement AI Programs Manager, you will own the AI strategy and roadmap for the Scaled Customer Enablement Agent Suite - bringing together GTM activation, applied AI, and enablement strategy. You will define how the agents retrieve, reason over, and surface enablement insights to global Account Teams, turning learner and account data into prescriptive, just-in-time recommendations that improve account health and grow the number of trained users across our customer base. By automating GTM processes, you will ensure Account Teams and customers receive consistent Databricks enablement planning resources. You will be responsible for driving the AI roadmap for customer enablement, compounding enablement as a strategic leverage for our customers and for Databricks. This role will report to the Global Customer Enablement Practice Senior Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and innovative entrepreneur with a passion for working across departments and across regions. The impact you will have: Own the product roadmap and architecture direction for the Scaled Customer Enablement Agent Suite - defining the data inputs, retrieval sources, and agent behaviors that generate enablement recommendations. Lead the rollout and drive field adoption of the Scaled Customer Enablement Agent Suite, delivering automated learning insights and proposals to Account Teams. Structure the enablement knowledge base for retrieval - designing content schemas, metadata, and chunking so agents return accurate, grounded outputs - and maintain the underlying customer enablement playbook. Define the signals and triggers - usage patterns, learning milestones, and account-health thresholds - that prompt the agents to surface a free-to-paid enablement opportunity to Account Teams at the right moment. Partner with technical teams to embed enablement calls-to-action and insights directly into field tools. Define predictive signals and analytics that flag emerging account-health and skills gaps before they impact renewals or consumption, and integrate these into leadership reviews and manager coaching toolkits. Establish evaluation and quality loops for agent outputs - defining what "good" looks like, measuring accuracy and groundedness, and driving iteration with the technical team. What we look for 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Program Management, or Sales Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment. Proven track record of managing complex workstreams and delivering global field motions with measurable adoption. Hands-on fluency with modern AI systems - RAG pipelines, agents, and LLM-powered workflows. You understand how retrieval sources, prompt design, context and data hierarchies, and grounding affect output quality, and can translate that into requirements a technical team can build against. Demonstrated experience owning a product or system area end to end - defining requirements, collaborating with engineering and data teams, and shipping AI-powered capabilities from concept to field adoption. Comfort defining metrics and running experiments - instrumenting agent performance, measuring output quality and field adoption, and using analytics to drive iteration. Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to ensure a unified enablement vision. Expert at using data dashboards to track progress and communicate the "business story" behind the numbers (e.g., the link between enabled users and consumption lift). Able to solve ambiguous problems in a fast-moving environment and translate complex strategies into simple, executable field instructions. Familiarity with the education technology or customer training landscape is a significant plus. At Hightouch, our mission is to help our customers leverage data and AI to grow their businesses. The team is ambitious, impact-driven, efficient - and we believe humility, kindness, and compassion are essential to our success. If you're energized by velocity, obsessed with raising the bar, and want to build alongside people who care deeply about each other and our customers, we'd love to meet you. About the Role We are looking for a developer productivity engineer to take responsibility for our monorepo and the "path to production" for over 50 engineers pushing over 75 commits a day with continuous deployment to production. This presents an exciting challenge where you can apply your expertise in helping teams ship fast and safe to meaningfully improve the productivity of our engineering team. This role also provides a unique opportunity to work on a multi-cloud and multi-region infrastructure that supports a global customer base. Our monorepo is primarily Javascript/Typescript with some Go and Python. While the primary responsibility of this job is developer productivity, to fit in with the team and be productive in our codebase generally, strong computer science and development fundamentals will be required. As part of your onboarding, you'll spend significant time writing and delivering features to gain empathy for the current dev flow. We believe in enabling our engineers to do their best work for our customers by giving them extremely high levels of ownership and autonomy. This comes in different forms: you will own and deliver projects from start to finish, you will work directly with customers to solve their hardest scaling problems, and you will have a lot of influence over what we work on as a team and company. Some of the problems we'll be working on include: Own the build : You'll be the single threaded owner for the build/test/deploy of our software and how each team fits into it Monorepo productivity: Detangle our build/test/deploy patterns so teams can move fast and not block each other. Investigate/implement a tool like turbo repo to speed builds and separate concerns Drive excellence in testing: We need to improve our top-down and team-level views into test coverage + support an ever growing matrix of data sources, data destinations, and enrichment patterns. An excellent engineer in this role will be able to "hold up a mirror" to our dev teams, helping each team understand where they have gaps Multi-Region and Multi-Cloud: Supporting our multi-region and multi-cloud backend, including extending it to launch Hightouch on in new regions to support data residency requirements of our global customer base Operational excellence: Support an increase in our ability to catch issues before they reach production and respond quickly if they do We are looking for talented, intellectually curious, and motivated individuals who are interested in tackling the problems above. This is a senior role, but we focus on impact and potential for growth more than years of experience. The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $400,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation. About You You are an engineer with a passion for solving hard technical problems that generate real value for customers. You're motivated by high ownership and are comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment. You've driven significant improvement in the productivity of a 50+ person development team by making high-leverage changes to their build/test/deploy processes. While you likely have some infra chops, this is not an infra role: you have strong development fundamentals and are comfortable driving framework-level improvements across multiple teams. This could take several forms: You've been a member of a developer-productivity team/function for an outstanding development team You've organically become "the build person" at a fast-growing startup and helped bring order to chaos You've personally delivered code that has improved cross-team metrics related to developer productivity (e.g., DORA metrics, coverage, etc) In addition to any of the above, we're looking for someone who can dive into feature code, including complicated backend code, as needed. Interview Process Our goal with the interview process is to balance speed with giving both parties opportunities to assess whether there is a strong mutual fit. We will ask you questions, but we want you to ask us questions! Our technical interviews focus on how you design systems because we believe this is the best way for us to see how you work and for you to see how we collaborate. We don't ask you to write code to solve technical brainteasers that don't appear in your day to day job. Apply: Curl on port 13784 and have followed those instructions before applying. It'll only take a minute! Recruiter Screen: Introductory call with our recruiting team to get to know each other and see if the role could be a good mutual fit System Design Screen: Designing a data processing feature end-to-end. Developer Productivity Skills Interview: We'll dive into your experience making teams productive through a discussion of past projects and tooling you've used. Hiring Manager Interview: Chat with hiring manager about past experiences and future operating preferences to assess fit on company values and operating principles. System Design Interview: Work with the interviewer to architect a system at a conceptual level. The problem will be at a pretty high level - and have both product and customer requirements as well as technical. We have limited inbound applications to one application per candidate. You will be auto-rejected if you apply to multiple roles. Please only apply to the position you are most qualified for. E-Verify Statement Hightouch participates in E-Verify. After you join the team, we'll verify your eligibility to work in the U.S. by submitting information from your Form I-9 to the Social Security Administration and, if needed, the Department of Homeland Security.
