This involves assessing the acquired environment, performing gap analysis, designing migration strategies, and executing large-scale cutovers across Cisco (Nexus 7k/9k / Catalyst) and Fortinet (FortiGate / SD-WAN / FortiManager) environments while maintaining HA and security. This role will require a combination of deep technical expertise in Cisco Routing / Switching and Fortinet Security with strong integration leadership to consolidate hundreds of sites into one standardized, high-performing network. This is a high-impact role blending hands-on engineering, project leadership, and cross-team coordination during a critical growth phase, with the ultimate goal of unifying 2 large networks into one best-in-class enterprise infrastructure.
