Oracle
Senior Principal Business Operations Lead (Nashville, TN)
Oracle Nashville, Tennessee
The Global Program Controls organization provides governance, reporting, controls processes, cost management support, and portfolio visibility to help Oracle Cloud Infrastructure deliver global data center programs with greater consistency, transparency, and execution discipline. We are seeking a highly experienced individual contributor to help transform complex operational and technical information into accurate, decision-ready insights for senior executives. This role is designed for someone who is relentless about data integrity, intellectually curious, highly responsive, and comfortable operating in a complex, fast-moving, technical environment. The successful candidate will be able to move fluidly between detailed operational data and CEO-level communication-digging into the underlying facts, identifying inconsistencies, resolving ambiguity, and distilling the results into clear, concise, and credible executive reporting. This is not a traditional data analyst, project manager, or communications role. It combines elements of all three. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical judgment, executive communication skills, technical aptitude, and a delivery-oriented mindset. Prior data center experience is not required. More important is a genuine interest in learning technical subject matter and the ability to become conversant in areas such as data center operations, low-voltage infrastructure, rack and compute deployment, hardware testing, and server turn-up activities. Key Responsibilities Data Integrity and Analytical Rigor Establish confidence in the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and traceability of critical business and operational data. Investigate discrepancies across systems, reports, teams, and data sources, and drive issues through resolution. Ask probing questions, challenge unsupported assumptions, and ensure that reported information can withstand executive scrutiny. Develop practical processes and controls that improve data quality and reporting reliability over time. Identify gaps in available information and work across teams to establish a clear, defensible source of truth. Balance speed with precision, particularly during time-sensitive executive requests and operational escalations. Executive Reporting and Communication Translate highly technical, tactical, or operational information into clear and compelling narratives for the CEO and other senior executives. Produce executive reports, briefings, presentations, summaries, and decision-support materials. Distill large volumes of information into the few insights, risks, decisions, and actions that matter most. Tailor the depth, language, and format of communications to the intended executive audience. Ensure that executive materials are accurate, concise, logically structured, and supported by verifiable data. Anticipate likely executive questions and prepare the supporting analysis needed to answer them. Business and Technical Learning Develop a deep understanding of the company's business model, operations, technology, customers, systems, and key performance drivers. Become comfortable with technical concepts related to data center operations, low-voltage work, rack and compute deployment, hardware validation and testing, server installation, and server turn-up. Learn unfamiliar technical and operational subject matter quickly, even without prior domain experience. Engage confidently with engineers, operators, vendors, and subject-matter experts to understand technical processes, terminology, dependencies, and risks. Ask thoughtful questions and continue learning until able to accurately explain technical topics to both operational and executive audiences. Build strong working relationships with subject-matter experts and learn enough to challenge, clarify, and synthesize their input. Connect information across functions to identify broader implications, dependencies, risks, and opportunities. Approach technical subject matter with curiosity, humility, and genuine enthusiasm rather than hesitation or avoidance. Program Execution and Problem Solving Bring a project manager's discipline to ambiguous, cross-functional work. Define problems, organize workstreams, clarify owners, establish milestones, and drive deliverables to completion. Coordinate across technical, operational, finance, strategy, and leadership teams to obtain required inputs and resolve blockers. Step into urgent or unstructured situations, create order quickly, and drive toward a practical solution. Manage multiple high-priority requests while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and sound judgment. Follow through persistently until commitments are completed and issues are resolved. Executive and Operational Support Serve as a trusted, high-leverage partner to senior leadership on critical analyses, executive deliverables, and time-sensitive business issues. Independently take ownership of complex requests with limited initial direction. Help diagnose and resolve urgent business or operational "fire drills." Exercise discretion when handling sensitive, confidential, or executive-level information. Provide flexibility during periods of elevated business activity, including occasional support outside standard working hours when urgent circumstances require it. Responsibilities Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a senior, hands-on operator who combines intellectual curiosity with an exceptional standard for accuracy. This person is comfortable going deep into the details without losing sight of the larger business narrative. They are not satisfied with numbers simply because they appear in a system or report. They want to understand where the data came from, how it was calculated, whether it is complete, and whether it tells the full story. At the same time, they understand that analysis creates value only when it leads to clarity, decisions, and action. They are energized-not intimidated-by technical complexity and unfamiliar subject matter. They do not need to arrive with deep expertise in data center infrastructure, low-voltage systems, rack and compute deployment, testing, or server turn-up. They do need to enjoy learning how these areas work, be willing to engage deeply with technical experts, and develop enough fluency to identify risks, ask credible questions, and communicate clearly about the work. Required Qualifications Approximately 10-15 years of relevant experience in business operations, strategy and operations, analytics, executive reporting, program management, management consulting, finance, corporate strategy, or a related field. Demonstrated success translating complex technical or operational information into executive-level reports and presentations. Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to draft concise, polished language suitable for a CEO or board-level audience. Strong analytical judgment and a demonstrated commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Experience investigating inconsistent or incomplete data and coordinating across teams to resolve underlying issues. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives as a senior individual contributor. Strong project and program management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, dependency management, and follow-through. Ability to learn unfamiliar businesses, technologies, infrastructure, and operating models quickly. Demonstrated comfort engaging with detailed technical information and working closely with engineering or operations teams. Comfort operating in an environment with ambiguity, changing priorities, and urgent requests. High degree of ownership, responsiveness, discretion, and professional judgment. This is an onsite position in Nashville, TN. Preferred Qualifications Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, operations, transformation, technical program management, or an executive office. Experience preparing materials for C-suite executives, boards of directors, investors, or other senior stakeholders. Familiarity with business intelligence, reporting, data governance, operational metrics, or enterprise systems. Experience working in a technically complex, infrastructure-intensive, or operationally demanding environment. Exposure to data center operations, physical infrastructure, low-voltage systems, hardware deployment, testing, commissioning, or related technical environments. Evidence of succeeding across industries or learning a new industry quickly. Advanced proficiency with presentation, spreadsheet, reporting, and data-visualization tools. What Success Looks Like Within the first year, the successful candidate will: Become a trusted source of accurate, well-supported information for senior leadership. Develop a strong working understanding of the company's technical and operational environment. Senior Director, Product Management
Celigo Remote, Oregon
Integration meets Innovation At Celigo, we believe integration should empower - not exhaust - innovation. As a modern Integration and Automation Platform (iPaaS), we're on a mission to simplify how companies integrate, automate, and optimize processes. Powered by game-changing technology like runtime AI and prebuilt, mission-critical integrations, Celigo is redefining how businesses connect their world. Celigo is building the operating system for business automation - an integration platform that helps thousands of companies connect their applications, automate workflows, and unlock the power of AI-driven agents. We're looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to own strategy and execution across some of the most consequential product lines in our portfolio: the core platform, our AI product suite, API management, and data ingestion. This is a role where your strategic fingerprints will be visible across the business - from revenue contribution and customer retention to how product management itself is practiced in an AI-first world. About the Team Celigo's product organization is built on deep collaboration between Product Management, UX Design and Research, and Engineering - co-owning outcomes from problem definition through delivery. Our leadership team runs on a charter built around dynamic domain ownership, evidence-based strategy, and AI-augmented velocity, meaning we use AI not just in our products but to make our own teams faster and smarter. You'll work alongside a Sr Director of UX, a Director of PM covering other parts of the portfolio, a Director of Product Operations, and Engineering leadership. The culture is direct, craft-oriented, and allergic to performative alignment. We debate hard behind closed doors and present a united front to our teams. The Opportunity You'll lead a team of experienced product managers covering the core platform, AI (Ora, Agent Builder, MCP Server, Guardrails), API management (including an OEM partnership), and data ingestion (including an OEM partnership). The portfolio is broad, strategically important, and directly tied to Celigo's competitive positioning in the iPaaS market. The team is capable and in place, and we're continuing to deepen strategic autonomy across the PM org - strengthening the muscle for PMs to define problems, make decisions, and own outcomes with increasing independence. You'll carry that work forward while also sitting at the center of Celigo's AI transformation, both shipping AI products that deliver real customer outcomes and evolving how product development works in an AI-first environment. What would you do if hired? Own product strategy for Core Platform, AI, API Management, and Data Ingestion - developing multi-quarter roadmaps tied to revenue, retention, and competitive positioning. Continue deepening strategic autonomy across the PM org - extend decision-making authority and vision ownership to senior PMs and strengthen the structures that sustain independent operation. Drive AI product-market fit - ensure Celigo's AI capabilities translate into measurable customer success with autonomous agents and AI-assisted integrations. Lead the AI transformation of PM practice - bring a point of view on how AI reshapes the PM role and the product development lifecycle, then operationalize it. Manage and develop a distributed team - set clear expectations, build trust across time zones, and raise the bar on talent. Represent Celigo externally - support strategic sales, speak at events, and contribute to analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester) to strengthen market position. Who are we looking for? Our global Pack is made up of people who thrive on solving hard problems, moving fast, and building technology that protects organizations around the world. We're proud to be recognized by Forbes, CNBC, Fortune, CRN, Gartner Peer Insights and IDC MarketScape - but what matters most is the work behind it: delivering real outcomes for customers through award winning innovation like our Aurora Platform. If you're looking for meaningful work, smart teammates and the chance to make a real impact in a high-growth company that's redefining security operations, Arctic Wolf is the right place for you! LOCATION: This role is open to Remote-United States, Remote-Canada, Hybrid-Eden Prairie-MN-USA, Hybrid-San Antonio-TX-USA, & Hybrid-Waterloo-ON-CAN About the Role: The Director of Product Management, XDR is accountable for defining, delivering, and scaling Arctic Wolf's Extended Detection and Response (XDR) product strategy. This role owns the end to end product vision, roadmap, and execution for XDR capabilities that unify telemetry, detections, investigations, and response across endpoint, identity, network, cloud, SaaS, and third party ecosystems. This role is driving the plans and execution of transposing Arctic Wolf's leading MDR offering into a productized XDR experience. This leader operates at the intersection of platform, detections, integrations, and managed services, ensuring XDR delivers clear customer outcomes, competitive differentiation, and a durable foundation for both MDR led and product led use cases. The Director partners deeply with Engineering, Security Services, Data Platform, AI, Product Marketing, and GTM teams to translate strategy into shipped capabilities that scale operationally and commercially. Key Objectives: Define and execute a cohesive XDR product strategy aligned to Arctic Wolf's mission to end cyber risk and its evolution from MDR to an open, outcome driven Security Operations platform. Ensuring all aspects of the current MDR product have a path to productization to create a cohesive product offering. Establish XDR as a platform capability, not a collection of point features-enabling extensibility, partner integrations, and hybrid delivery models. Over time, build out a high performing team of Product Managers, operating with clarity, accountability, and strong execution discipline. Responsibilities: XDR Product Strategy & Roadmap Own the XDR vision, strategy, and multi year roadmap, covering telemetry ingestion, detections, investigation workflows, response actions, reporting, ai differentiation, and proof of value reporting. Define how XDR capabilities support both managed (MDR) and customer managed / hybrid consumption models. Drive clear positioning of XDR relative to MDR, SIEM, EDR, and competitive alternatives. Detections, Integrations, and Platform Alignment Partner with platform, data, and IDR teams to ensure scalable, high quality detections across signals, with clear lifecycle management and cost awareness. Own prioritization and outcomes for XDR integrations, ensuring breadth, depth, reliability, and operational readiness in partnership with Services and third party vendors. Ensure XDR leverages shared platform capabilities (data pipelines, AI, case management, response frameworks) rather than duplicating functionality. Customer Outcomes & Value Delivery Translate complex security capabilities into intuitive investigator and analyst experiences that reduce cognitive load and improve response effectiveness. Partnering with the MDR product leadership, define and operationalize consistent proof of value metrics (e.g., MTTD, MTTI, MTTR, detection efficacy, integration health) that clearly demonstrate customer impact. Partner with Product Marketing and GTM teams to support launches, enablement, and competitive differentiation. Execution & Cross Functional Leadership Work closely with Engineering to deliver roadmaps predictably, balancing innovation with quality, scalability, and technical debt management. Collaborate with Security Services to ensure XDR capabilities are operationally viable, supportable, and aligned with real SOC workflows. Act as a visible product leader across the organization, aligning stakeholders and resolving tradeoffs decisively. People Leadership & Product Excellence Establish strong product management practices: discovery rigor, outcome based roadmapping, success metrics, and stakeholder communication. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Required 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with 4+ years leading product managers or product teams. Deep experience in cybersecurity products, with direct exposure to XDR, MDR, EDR, SIEM, or adjacent security operations domains. Proven ability to lead complex, platform oriented product areas with multiple stakeholders and dependencies. Strong strategic thinking paired with hands on execution discipline. Preferred Experience with integrations heavy platforms and third party ecosystems. Familiarity with managed security services and SOC operations. Experience operating in high growth, enterprise SaaS environments. What Success Looks Like: XDR is clearly understood-internally and externally-as a cohesive, differentiated product, not a loose bundle of features. Customers see measurable improvements in detection quality, investigation speed, and response effectiveness. Product teams execute predictably, with clear priorities, strong morale, and high trust across Engineering and Services. Arctic Wolf's XDR capabilities materially strengthen competitive win rates and expansion opportunities. At Arctic Wolf, you won't just watch the cybersecurity industry evolve - you'll help lead the change. Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We're looking for a Director of Product Management, XDR to be part of making this happen.
