Responsibilities Configure, optimize, and support Epic EHR modules to meet clinical and operational needs Lead complex build, testing, and implementation initiatives across Epic applications Troubleshoot and resolve Level III incidents, defects, and integration issues Collaborate with clinicians, IT, and operational leaders to gather and refine requirements Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and change control records Create and execute test plans, validation scripts, and upgrade readiness activities Provide advanced user support, training, and optimization recommendations Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices and governance Required Skills Epic EHR configuration and build Epic certification in one or more clinical or revenue cycle modules HL7 and healthcare interoperability standards EHR workflow analysis and process optimization SQL and reporting tools (e.g., Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito) System testing, validation, and change management Clinical and operational requirements gathering Healthcare data security and regulatory compliance (HIPAA) Incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis Training and mentoring of analysts and super users
