Native-level proficiency and minimum ILR level 4 in Arabic reading, listening, and speaking, with ILR level 2 in English; OR native English proficiency with ILR level 2+ in Arabic reading and listening (proficiency documented within the last five years). Five years of experience as a language analyst, including three years in SIGINT/IC roles, and at least one year of experience developing or updating training materials in line with ISD principles. Desired Qualifications Advanced proficiency with training technologies and eLearning platforms. Experience with blended learning and immersive training design for linguists. Prior NSA, DoD, or Intelligence Community training development experience. Demonstrated expertise in SIGINT operations and mission readiness training. Conduct Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPOE) and support the Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace (IPB) process. ? Support the Joint Targeting Process through target system analysis, intelligence research, and production. ? The qualified candidate will provide direct support to the SIGINT IPT Leads by coordinating across other Level I and II IPTs, USN Fleet and CPP to ensure alignment of SIGINT objectives as it relates to contract management for the Development, Production and Sustainment of SIGINT HW/SW capabilities. Responsibilities Execute all aspects related to the SIGINT Contract Management. This includes conducting in-depth analysis of procurement needs, developing acquisition strategies, and monitoring contract execution in compliance with regulations, working closely with program personnel and contracting officers throughout the procurement process.
