Kaiser Permanente is seeking an MSW to help build and enhance the Systeme.io all-in-one marketing platform. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure software powering entrepreneurs worldwide. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and QA in an agile environment, translating business needs into robust technical solutions. You will write clean, testable code, integrate APIs, and optimize system performance. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions within the Systeme.io platform Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications Implement clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high software quality Integrate APIs and third-party services to extend product functionality Optimize performance, reliability, and security of existing systems Contribute to agile ceremonies and sprint planning with a cross-functional team Document technical decisions, architectures, and workflows for team knowledge sharing Monitor production systems and resolve issues in a timely manner Continuously research and adopt new tools, frameworks, and methodologies Required Skills Object-oriented programming (e.g., Java, C#, or similar) Java Script/Type Script and a modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) RESTful API design and integration SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, My SQL) Version control with Git Unit and integration testing frameworks CI/CD tools and pipelines Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Agile/Scrum development methodologies Application performance monitoring and debugging tools
