You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and managing paid search strategies to drive qualified traffic, improve ROI, and support overall digital marketing goals for various clients. You will report directly into the Senior Paid Search Strategist. Responsibilities Assist and support in the setup and performance of all clients' paid search campaigns. Collaborate with team members to prepare performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates. Desired Skills and Experience 4-year college degree or equivalent experience. 2-3 years of experience in paid search/digital advertising, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment. Thorough understanding of paid search best practices. Proficient in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics and keyword research tools including Google Ads Keyword Planner. Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel or Google Sheets to manipulate and interpret data. Solid understanding of conversion tracking, tagging, and attribution models. Willingness to think outside the box and push the limits of traditional campaign structures. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and skills. Adaptable to change and ability to multitask.
