This role requires 85% travel to various government locations both domestically and internationally. Location Hybrid position - approx. 25% remote support with up to 75% CONUS and OCONUS travel. Support assessment development and execution to ensure security expertise is properly applied. Coordinate logistics, test plans, and scope with the SCA Team Lead. Perform vulnerability assessments, capture results using STIG Viewer or designated tools, and document findings in eMASS. Analyze security gaps and provide mitigation recommendations. Validate cybersecurity controls, TTPs, STIGs, RMF controls, and compliance with DoD policies and guidelines. Provide risk analysis and assessment results for authorization recommendations. Participate in daily assessment reviews, in-briefs, and out-briefs, sharing findings with the SCA-R. For each RMF Review, the assessors shall perform the following: The candidate will be required to review applicable controls to determine compliance status and enter all test results into the designated repository (Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) Providing key assessment results to the team lead to include the number of controls reviewed and risk/residual information for inclusion in the authorization recommendation. The candidate will be required to be certified via the ACP IAW the ACP CONOPS before conducting any assessments. The candidate must be certified in a minimum of two (2) technologies and RMF Control Validation before conducting any assessments. Training through the DISA program will be provided after hire and consist of at least 3 months. The contractor shall maintain active accounts to the tools and systems required to perform risk assessments. The candidate will be required to participate in the in-brief and out-brief of each assessment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related area of study (i.e. Security, Information Technology). 0-1 year of experience required. Willing to train on both technologies and RMF. Job Description Job Description Overview Client First Technologies (CFT) is looking for an Electronic Classroom Technician / System Administrator who specializes in electronic classroom technical support. The Electronic Classroom Technician / System Administrator is responsible for ensuring student training infrastructure is functional and available, as well as managing user accounts in Active Directory, and assisting customers overcome technical challenges through monitoring and performance management. The Electronic Classroom Technician / System Administrator identifies problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. In this role, you will utilize your communication skills to turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning. You will gain experience in managing users and computers in an enterprise network. Our technical team offers an environment of skill development, knowledge sharing and teamwork. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Eglin Air Force Base, FL. CFT offers a full benefits package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Requirements Responsibilities Provide system and network connectivity and interoperability support within an electronic classroom environment Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory Security and compliance systems maintenance Routine maintenance, including break and fix, backup and recovery, and inventory and asset management Document troubleshooting procedures Manage technical issues within ticketing system Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must hold current IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA, CISSP, CySA+, etc.) Minimum of six (6) years of experience providing technical support General experience with electronic documentation, system administration, network administration and database administration Experience managing user accounts, permissions and groups within Active Directory Workstation and server hardware installation, maintenance, board replacement, and cable switching Systems and network connectivity and operability troubleshooting Experience managing a ticketing system Ability to document technical processes and procedures Strong verbal and written communication skills Expert level Microsoft Office Suite knowledge Physical Demands Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time Occasional travel and overtime may be required Required Clearances Must possess an active Secret clearance or higher Company Description Client First Technologies (CFT) provides Strategic Consulting, Technology and Managed Services to commercial, non-profit and government organizations.
