Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is seeking a Programmer Analyst II to design, develop, and maintain core banking and financial applications that support our members and internal teams. You will gather and analyze business requirements, build and enhance APIs and integrations, write efficient and secure code, and support production systems. The role includes SQL report development, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, financial/credit union systems experience, and a passion for quality, reliable software. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain core banking and financial applications and integrations. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders. Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and financial reports. Build and support APIs and system integrations with third-party vendors. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and data issues in production and test environments. Perform unit and integration testing to ensure quality, performance, and security. Collaborate with business users, IT, and vendors to improve processes and system functionality. Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and configuration details. Support deployment, change management, and post-release monitoring of applications. Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and financial industry standards.
