Job Description Job Description Business Consultant - Digital Experience Location: San Jose, CA / San Francisco, CA - Preferred Job Type: W2 Experience: 6-9 Years Industry: Digital Experience / Marketing Technology Job Summary We are seeking a Business Consultant - Digital Experience who can bridge business strategy, UX, marketing operations, and technology execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in business consulting, product strategy, or hybrid UX/strategy roles, with hands-on prototyping experience and the ability to collaborate closely with front-end engineering teams. Candidates with prior experience working with Adobe Workfront Planning and Workfront Workflow solutions are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead ideation, discovery, and strategy sessions to identify business and user problems worth solving. Develop low- to high-fidelity UX prototypes , wireframes, and clickable mockups using Figma or similar tools. Conduct user validation sessions, gather feedback, and iteratively refine solutions. Collaborate closely with React/front-end engineering teams to translate validated concepts into working web applications. Apply marketing strategy, planning, and operational expertise to influence product direction. Develop business cases and support budgeting, forecasting, ROI, and feature-prioritization discussions. Evaluate opportunities and prioritize product features based on business value and ROI. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present recommendations to senior leadership. Create business documentation, user guides, and enablement materials to support adoption and onboarding. Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Operations. Required Qualifications 6-9 years of experience in business consulting, product strategy, digital experience, or hybrid UX/strategy roles. Strong experience combining business strategy with hands-on execution . Hands-on experience with Figma or similar UX/prototyping tools . Working knowledge of React or proven experience collaborating closely with front-end development teams. Strong background in marketing strategy, planning, and operations . Experience with budgeting, business cases, ROI analysis, financial modeling, or forecasting . Strong facilitation skills with experience conducting user research, discovery sessions, and stakeholder workshops. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Adobe Workfront Planning . Experience with Adobe Workfront Workflow solutions . Experience in digital experience, marketing technology, or enterprise marketing operations. Experience working in Agile product development environments. Experience taking concepts from ideation prototyping user validation engineering delivery . Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a strategy-oriented business consultant who can also execute -someone comfortable moving from business discovery and UX prototyping to user validation and collaboration with engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions. Location: US-based candidates preferred, with San Jose, CA or San Francisco, CA strongly preferred.
