I/S Agile Project Manager II - Corporate Finance & Operations Join Corporate Finance & Operations as an Agile Project Manager II with real portfolio scope. Reporting directly to the Director, you'll manage delivery across 2 or more concurrent projects spanning every car on our train - not a single dedicated team - including enterprise-scale initiatives such as vendor and system replacements, and large data conversions (think Teradata to Snowflake). This is a meaningful step up from the traditional PM2 scope: instead of managing one team's backlog, you'll own outcomes across a portfolio of initiatives, with direct visibility to Finance and Technology leadership. If you've felt boxed in by a single-team assignment and want the variety and influence that comes with managing the work itself rather than one team's slice of it, this role is built for exactly that. We're looking for an experienced, portfolio-minded project manager who can bring order to cross-team dependencies, flex across multiple initiatives at once, and deliver executive-ready updates to business sponsors and technology leaders alike. What We Can Offer You Estimated Salary: $125,000 - $145,000, plus annual bonus opportunity 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match Work-life balance with vacation, personal time and paid holidays - see our benefits and perks page Applicants must not now, nor at any point in the future, require employment sponsorship Hybrid/remote - preferred location in the greater Omaha area, with on-site attendance for quarterly team meetings, PI/sprint planning, and ad-hoc strategy sessions as needed ( 25% travel) Applicants for this position must not now, nor at any point in the future, require sponsorship for employment which includes OPT. This role is classified as remote; however, periodic in-person attendance will be required at times for activities such as quarterly or project planning, training, or other business-critical meetings. Preferred location in the greater Omaha area What You'll Do Lead delivery across the portfolio: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of 2 or more concurrent projects or programs spanning multiple cross-functional teams - not a single dedicated team - including development, vendor/system replacement, and large-scale data conversion initiatives (e.g., platform migrations at the scale of a Teradata-to-Snowflake conversion). Serve as the primary coordination point: Proactively identify, escalate, and drive resolution of risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery constraints across business and technology teams for every initiative you own. Apply the right framework: Act as process expert and coach across Scrum, XP, Kanban, DevOps, SAFe, and traditional approaches (PMBOK), tailoring practices to fit each initiative rather than a one-size-fits-all model. Drive cross-functional alignment: Facilitate planning, decision-making, and trade-off discussions with business sponsors, product leaders, and technology teams to keep initiatives aligned to desired outcomes. Own compliance and information management: Ensure delivery work adheres to applicable governance and compliance processes, and develop action plans to close any gaps - critical given the financial systems and reporting this role touches. Manage stakeholder communication: Build and manage communication plans for the business users and teams impacted by your initiatives, distinct from executive reporting - keeping the people affected by change informed and prepared. Lead Critical Path Planning: Initiate and lead planning sessions spanning multiple teams or ARTs, and develop the resulting project artifacts and communications. Report up: Develop and deliver concise, executive-ready updates that highlight progress, risks, dependencies, constraints, and decisions needed. Manage flow and quality: Monitor team and project performance metrics (cycle time, throughput, WIP limits) to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements; facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement planning. Mentor and share knowledge: Support the development of peers and junior project managers, and contribute to organizational best practices across Software Engineering, DevOps, Operational Excellence, and Customer Experience. What You'll Bring 5-10 years of combined project/program management experience, including oversight of large-scale technology initiatives 5-7 years of information technology and/or business experience Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across a portfolio - not just a single team - with strong prioritization and cross-team dependency management Working knowledge of the SAFe Framework, along with risk, procurement, and change management methodologies Strong facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and influencing skills, with the independent judgment to drive outcomes across competing priorities Experience monitoring and controlling project budgets and costs High personal integrity, with a demonstrated ability to earn trust and lead teams through change Experience with project management tooling such as JIRA (JQL a plus), Advanced Roadmaps, or DragonBoat Ability to use data-driven analysis to identify bottlenecks and recommend delivery improvements Credible understanding of multiple technology domains (mainframe, client-server, web, cloud, infrastructure, AI) and the ability to adapt quickly to new business and technology Preferred location in the greater Omaha area; willing and able to attend on-site as needed Preferred PMP (Project Management Professional) or SAFe RTE/SPC certification C.S.P.
