Extensive experience with Workday Prism Analytics, including creating and supporting multiple production use cases. 2+ years of experience developing custom Workday reports using: Report Writer Calculated Fields Dashboards Advanced Excel Strong expertise with: Advanced Reports Matrix Reports Composite Reports Custom Reports Calculated Fields Experience working with Discovery Boards, Worksheets, and BIRT reporting. Solid understanding of Workday business processes, data structures, and reporting architecture. Experience optimizing report performance and supporting enterprise reporting standards. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience handling sensitive and confidential employee data. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Preferred Qualifications Workday Pro Reporting Certification. Workday Prism Analytics Certification. Experience supporting Workday HCM, Payroll, and Benefits modules. Experience with Discovery Boards and modern data visualization best practices. Familiarity with enterprise data governance, privacy, and security principles. Experience supporting large-scale Workday environments with multiple tenants. Working knowledge of BIRT report development.
